I just use some water or coconut based lube and all I need to do to clean it is to properly rinse it off in the shower and then just wipe it dry with a hand towel. Real easy to do.

And yes, always keep the hose/hand-pump attatched to the valve.

I wonder if I’m doing something wrong- when I pump up to say 10hg pressure….is it supposed to hold at that pressure continuous?

Mine will drop down to like 7/5 and I have to squeeze the hand pump to get it back up etc.

So I’m spending the 5 min pumping every so often to keep pressure. Is there a valve switch or something im not doing? Or do you just continually hand pump to maintain pressure.

I’m ignorant but the Bathmate just maintained pressure and locked it in place.

Make sure you have a good seal at your "fat-pad"
Also check to see if the valve at the top of cylinder isn't loose. Don't tightening it to much. Only use your fingers, if you need to tighten it.

This have happened before, this is the reason I know about this.

Not to sure what it could be causing that, I don‘t seem to have that problem. Have you shaved your pubes and put some lube inside the entrance of the tube? This is what I do and it always gives me a perfect seal.

But then again I never stay at the same pressure for more than a few seconds as I just keep on pumping, slowly, until I’m at the max pressure I can take and stay there for a little while until my 5 mins have passed before realising the pressure.

I think SIM hit it. I imagine the valve cap just needs a little more tightening. Traveling all day today so I’ll give it a shot tonight. Bc the pressure builds up but slowly bleeds off. Prob a tiny leak.

That is probably your solution. But only use your fingers to tighten it. You probably only need to tighten it a little bit more.

Fixin to hit the LM3.

Will implement ball lig warm up stretches as the routine from now thanks to discussions on Abdiels thread.

I plan to mity vac later as well.

Open to suggestions on how to alter or improve what I’ve been doing.
Life got in the way. Had a short hiatus with sickness and such. Back at it hard for December. I’m prob 6.6? 6.7? On a good day length wise with good EQ, and solidly 6.5.

I have a strange feeling I can hit 7” BPEL in the next 30 days. It just feels right for some reason.

Also- since I’m mity vacing for length now- am I able to do that PRIOR to LM3? I feel like stretching it when it’s already big would be awesome

Better to do LM3 bundled stretches before mity vacing, in that way your tunica albuginea are loosen up and you will get bigger expansion with your SRT 5X5X3 routine. A temporary expended penis can be hard to attach in the chamber + you risk developing blisters from doing that.

Followed both this advice AND the tightening of the top MV valve.

Both worked like a charm. Hit 6.85/6.9 in the pump!

So glad you chose to implement ball & lig stretches as they really do work, and they work fast as well.

Starting to think I should by a smaller tube as in the 1,75 incher as well since you seem to get some good length expansion from it.

By the way, just got a bit sick the last couple of days myself with a sore throat and runny nose. Still getting shit done, just like you. Nothing can stop us when we are determined and have goals to achieve.

The 1.75 tube MV has been the most impactful for me yet- mostly just bc I can SEE the expansion happening. I guess I enjoy the psychological effect from pumping more than the LM3 bc visually it’s more apparent after you’re done training.

I use the LM3 purely out of listening to DLD and sim. Obviously it works bc I started to gain as soon as I got it and started using it. There’s just something about looking down and seeing full expanded member after a pump that gains confidence even though it’s temporary.
