First full week done,
7days 3x20 min LM, DB stretches
Going as hard as discomfort allows at this point, using heat throughout the session then staying wrapped with uncle Jimās for 12hrs.

went to a whole new level of fatigue yesterday, had to cut the third set 5 mins short.
LM DB stretch, threw in 4 rounds 1 min holds BTC just 2 rounds in each direction gonna build on this routine over time.

No it doesn't work on mobile (phones and tablets), only on PC (Windows, Ubuntu Linux...).
I manually put it in the posts now. Because some brothers have said the list is good value to refer back to.
