Hey brothers.

Did some hanging about five years ago not much else, did enough to know that P.E works but it was just too time consuming.

Got mayself a Bathmate 7 extream about a month ago and got hooked so have been back here reading reading and more reading,
I have been slowly building up to the 5x5x3 which I am achieving daily with no issues,
As a result my length master arrived on Friday.

I’ve been playing around with wrapping and some very light basic stretches and feeling positive.

The main positive for me going forward and the only way I think i can be successful is I’ve confessed all to my partner (the Bathmate was no secret)

NICE! It’s better if your partner knows for sure! Mine does doesnt love it, but.. accepts it haha.

She kinda doesnt like when my girth gets bigger. But I’m looking for length anyways

Someone like myself who haven't focused on gaining girth before but still got a 6.25 inches base girth from years of length master usage, I will need to avoid relationships because I don't want any woman to stop me from getting to 7 inches mid shaft.

My mid shaft right now is 5.5 and base 6.25. Within 1 active year of pumping, my mid shaft will be 6.5 and base might even get a bit passed 7 inches.

The length master will give you girth especially at the base.

Right after my.mid shaft is 6 inches thick and there after to the base is 6.25. About 2.75 inches length of thick base girth.

Little update..
Building my pe arsonel and routine…

getting to grips with the length master,
wrapping technique is improving everyday, have slowly built up to 3x20 as skin took time adjusting, have just got past that skin strech stage and can feel the pull much deeper.
Basic stretching all directions some using resistance bands.

Vacume ADS arrived yesterday, wore it to work for 2 hours no problems same again tonight.

5x5x3 is a bit hit and miss since starting with the length master I need to get my stretching Done as early as possible as I need a long break between the two or I’m not getting hard enough for an effective pump.
no issues in the bedroom though!

I might make December 1st my start date and begin a log.

Back after 8 months off.
in the 3 months I was here I was pretty consistent for 3 months and gained 1” BPFSL and 0.7 BPEL

I’ve been doing some light reconditioning for a week and today measure 7” BPFSL which I think is where I left off.

ive had chance to read through SIMS progress log and that’s motivation enough for me, you’ve done amazing!

My heat source pre and post workout.
My wrap just uncle Jim’s.
1 rotation downward bundle using a resistance band.
My routine for now is: at least 3 20mins sets bundled stretches. Tho I anticipate from SIMS log the time under tension my decrease as force in increases!
I’ll just be using uncle Jim’s to stay elongated as much as poss.

Ok previously I was signed up to the “it’s a marathon not a sprint” philosophy but SIMS shown it can be done in a sprint,
At the 3 month mark I was still using very little force in relation to how I perceive the force that SIM was using, though having said that I measured a 0.7” gain and never had an injury.
Bearing in mind I’m not very conditioned at this point I’ll try and show how I plan to use the resistance band to do DB and it’s pretty obvious how you can incorporate it into BBTC using an anchor point.
you may disagree Im not experienced enough to be sharing this info but I think it’s an insane stretch (it makes my arse hole ache!) its less physically demanding for sure.
Maybe HG and SIM could give I a go, though if it’s not being used already it’s probably no good!

The resistance band creates the force and I’m using my hand/hands to create the bend and control the stretch.

I think coz I’m still focused on 20 min sets, agreed now this will change when I go hard!
This can just be done in comfort, minimum effort maximum output, doing another set now( half rotation DBS lying flat on the bed and going way harder than I would with my hands.

EDIT: I think maybe psychologically I find it easier to reduce the tension to what I feel is max rather than push the tension to the max.
