session 105

BPSFL starting - 8.75”
length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 2 booster bands. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.375”

still shock over the girth pr before training……according to BDs video which I’ll post below only 3 in 100k men have that girth.

BPSFL after - 9.5” brand new PR! And honestly it may have been a little longer but I’ll be conservative. Boom! 7% increase over the starting length.
