Hey brothers. I am looking for some clarification on how hard to stretch. Should it just feel tight? Should there be some slight pain? Burning? etc.

Thanks :)

I'd say yes to all of the above...don't want to have to be gritting and bearing through it. I have slight pain or slight burning sometimes but it doesn't really bother me. Other times it hurts so i reduce intensity whether I am hanging, stretching, or extending. Never had an injury. Listen to your body. try things out. see what works for you

There will be a bit of soreness after training that is expected. I suggest starting with a decent stretch and slowly and progressively work up to a 100% intensity. Being progressive will help you get to the intensity needed without going too fast and risking injury. What are you using as a routine?

Right now I just do sets of basic stretching every day. I will pick up a solid routine whenever my LM comes in.

Solid indeed! The LengthMaster is the most powerful way to get there, nothing compares to it's strength and versatility of use.

Stretch as hard as you can but also be on the lookout for pain. When I say as hard as you can, I'm not saying you should use too much force. You have to listen to your body.

I've never used the type of force that you are using. This is the missing link in my length master sessions.
I think the only stretch you can use this kind of force is behind the cheeks / behind the ass. You have so much levarage in that stretch
