Explanation of bundled stretches:
Twist/rotate your penis and then stretch.
You can do bundled stretches in all directions.

When you first starting out, you should work on to transition to these stretches. Twist your penis as many revolutions that feels okay (as many as you can), and then you stretch your penis.

Then when you need even more lavarage and even more intensity in your stretches, you can transition to the POWER ASSIST 2, and/or the LENGTHMASTER 3. But don't forget all the manual stretches that @DLD invented, that exists in the MOS DVD.

By the way I used a broomstick to get more leverage and intensity in my stretches, when I started out.

Note: The POWER ASSIST 2, is one of the parts in the LENGTHMASTER 3.

You don't need the sleeves over the wrap. I'm only doing that because of the increased friction in the chamber (less slippage), and the ability to hold back the foreskin better.
But preferably you want as little wrap as possible in the chamber, so the chamber will grab the inner tissue of your penis. That is: You don't want the chamber (the pads) to just grab the outer tissue/skin. When the chamber are grabbing the inner structure of your penis, you will get deeper stretches.

But If you always have new PENIS WRAPPING TAPE (black) over the bandage, this should work as good. But I'm a cheap man so I reuse the black tape. The sleeves are just cut up Phallosan forte glans protector caps.
You can probably use different kind of tape over the bandage as well, but it's important that you can reuse the bandage. If you have tape with glue this can destroy the bandage.

I plan to do my morning workouts. and then I plan to wear the length strap when I go to workplace. so I will keep my penis on the length strap for about 10 hours without intermittent after workout.
I'm developing a method so that it doesn't show under my dress.

Wrapping for the LengthMaster (version 3).

I'm using new materials in this video to indicate, how easy it is to wrap your penis when you have a lot of foreskin. If you have foreskin you can use the lengthmaster.

Dimensions of the THERABAND pieces:
The firstly applied: 6 cm x 23 cm (~ 2.4" x 9").
The second applied: 8,5 cm x 17 cm (~ 21.6" x 6.7").

Dimension of the bandage:
8 cm x 43 cm (~ 20.32" x 17")

In the video I'm using red penis wrapping tape over the bandage. But it's the same tape, that you can buy in the MOS Shop.

The tape is called: PENIS WRAPPING TAPE. Just search in MOS SHOP and you will find it.
I also suggest that you wash your THERABAND pieces (2) in order to remove the powder that's on them when they are new. Just use cold water to wash them (no soap). This allows the THERABAND to stick to your skin when you wind them around your penis.

Notes:
If you have problem to apply the THERABAND due to a short flaccid penis.
I suggest that you do Ball & Lig Stretch / Testicles Health Massage in front of a heat source beforehand (MOS-RED or a heating fan) for 10 minutes.

This will increase your flaccid penis, and it will be easier to wrap your penis.

Ball & Lig Stretch (Video 01):
This exercise will make your balls hang lower (your penis will also hang lower) and it will reduce/remove your turkey neck.


You don't need to do it perfectly.
The important thing is that you stretch.

I upload this unperfected video, to show the brothers that you don't need to do anything perfect.
The sooner you start the sooner you will have a big penis. If you don't have equipment, don't wait
until you have your equipment perfect. This is the completely wrong mindset to have. You need discipline and daily stretching to make permanent changes happening. If you wait for example, for the LENGTHMASTER 3 to arrive before you start to stretch, you have lost gains that you would have gotten if you just had started manual exercises with your hands.

I don't know what happened to the sound. I think it was due to the plastic box my phone was on. So I removed the sound.
