10 mins bundled stretchings
Bundled stretchings different directions + 25 cranks each direction
Power assist stretchings 10 exercises 3 sets of 60 secs each exercise.

300 jelqs,
20 mins ssj
20 mins BM pumping different positions upwards, outwards, downwards..

I don't think it's a lot of work but is it going to be gainful if i do all those exercises everyday??

Maybe i could have 30 BM minutes if i don't rest after my everyday activities.
That's a solid routine.
