Reflection of the Week:
Friday and today were a write off, simply too busy with life. But that's ok I'll give my guy the rest.
Even though my next measurement is next week, I cheated and measured today because I wanted to ensure I'm still on the right track. Good news brothers! Up 0.1" in length and girth! LOL
Updates for the this week:
- Sizegenetics at 2 x1.5 hour sets + 2 x1 hour sets increased every 15-20 minutes
- Average 5 hours an evening with SG
- healing in stretched state during sleep with Phallosan forte at low red level
- Average about 5 hours at night with PF
- Morning: bundled stretches + three BM workouts this week
- healing in stretched state with MOS cock ring couple hours post-morning BM
- Continue'd 4th set of BM's
