Silirings? ;) Which rings have you had? I'm curious because I have a big load of rings, I once even made a small thread about few different ones.

Rubber O-rings, classic @DantheMan2018 ! I have a nice "briefcase" full of different sizes. It's just that they're quite slim, whatever the diameter is, so they can pinch somewhat. A more rounder, fuller ring doesn't cause that issue in my experience. But then again those "fatter" type of O-rings are sold usually one by one and the cost is higher, at least over here in Finland.

Oh okay, so with this method it isn't about duration it is about force.

80% of the pain at the base. Which is fine because I do normally feel the pull there but it was too unbearable from minute 75-90.

The glans hurt when the noose comes off because the blood goes back in the glans

Woke up today and my EQ seems fine.
No its about duration also but through out the day. Because you had problems the last session. Do the last session another part of the day when the penis is not fragile. Duration will still be the same only the sessions will be apart.

You can try out a couple of things when the base hurts. That means that the penis can take the stretch easily, only the base doesn't.

So if someone stops the session because of the base and not the penis then you must find a solution for the base. Tape something around the base.

When it's not the base but the penis hurts then someone has to stop the session directly. But if it's the base that's hurts then you must find a solution.

No gain in erect length.
Quarter inch in girth

EQ isn't the greatest because I'm exhausted from this work week. Will measure again tomorrow
Get rid of the ruler bro measure only every 3 months or minimum 10weeks. And after 2days of then measure. That's the best way
 
Week 5 - Measurement Update

Measured today with better EQ

Erect: +inch length + ¼ inch girth. (0.1 length + 0.2 girth)
Flaccid stretched: +½ inch length
Happy about the girth, very very disappointed with the lack of length results.

Weekly Notes:
  • Will attempt to increase intensity with SG. Or, up it to 70 minutes instead of 60min sets
  • Will be extending 1" beyond erect
  • VLC tugger during sleep
  • BM sessions are fine
  • Hopefully new cock ring arrives soon
Will go ahead and extend today as planned for 7 hours...

I think I should have up'd my intensity weekly. This way I feel the stretch right away as soon as I put the extender on

The pain at the base was my dick stretching, not from the actual sizegenetics tool.

How much would I stretch beyond my flaccid length?
 
Making a quarter inch gain and girth is a huge volume change, you must feel so much thicker. So now we need to look why you’re not making length gains. I’m thinking that maybe we should change your Length workout to hit more angles. Do you have a Lengthmaster?

I’m so happy that you see the grace of the gains that you have made and not look down on the gains that you did not make. Every tiny gain counts and we should be ever appreciative of those gains. Yes get yourself a LengthMaster and a set of sleeves and I’ll write you a routine that you’ll have no choice but to grow! I guarantee it!

Ya you did mention the force is most important. You believe in 1.5 hour sessions, 3x a day?
If you have shaft base pain, then stop directly and make sure there is 1 hour in between and try again,if the pain stil occurs in a 1,5 session then lower the force by 500g. Because 1,5h sessions must be without pain. Towards pain oke, but pain itself must not occur in a 1,5 session

And this is where I get most confused because I feel that although I felt a little discomfort at times this past month with my 1hour sessions, it wouldn't be until hour 5 or 6 where I'd feel a significant stretch. So I feel like I haven't been stretching it hard enough

So if someone adds 20min in the three first sessions (60min totaal) then we don't have to worry about failure in the last session.

With the increased intensity, it's difficult to even get to 60 minutes. I feel that I wasn't doing enough intensity these last 5-9 weeks.

Your approach makes sense though. I'll work up to it as best as I can.
