Of course you can, why not? Let me tell you if your penis is sore and experiencing fatigue I would say work through it by doing stretches. When you’re sore you can always stretch flaccid and if you’re in fatigue there’s no better time to stretch as your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to hold back on the stretch. Girth is different, if you’re feeling fatigued from girth work you will need to rest so that you have good EQ for the next session. Perfect that's exactly what I did! Took brother Jake's advice and extended in my SG. First couple hours it was sore but after felt fine. I made the choice not to do girth work and saved it for this morning so I'm glad I read your mind![]()

Some background info..
Began PE with a basic Bathmate routine in February '18 to May. Took a break until end of this October 2018 because I kept getting red dots, discoloration and bruising ... my guy is slightly darker. It is known as hemosiderin. The blood leaves iron in the skin, causing it to be darker. I have been exfoliating in the shower and applying 10% panthenol cream and it has slightly worked.
I have logged 96 hours so far into Size genetics in the past 7 weeks (November & December). It isn't much, but it's conditioned myself so I can now wear it for 6 hours a day. I'll be wearing it for 1 hour before taking a 5-10 minute break to put it back on. I also had taken a 2 week break from the bathmate to alleviate some darkening. Will be doing 5x5x3 rather than longer duration. Lost ¼ inch in girth with the time off.

So keep up with the sg. If you want to change something then change the other workouts not the sg.
Wear it 1,5 each session not 1 hour,somebody said that.
The trick is to wear it 1,5 and the last 15min if you feel it goes towards the pain barrier then you good. Be patient with that 15min take off and massage and go again.
If you feeling nothing the last 15min then the force wasn't there, it's a fact that the best PE is not a gentle PE.
And those who say extending above your length size in the extender and so. They to don't understand that it's the force that is important not the length achievement in the extender.
Someone can extend a high force 1,5h and still be an inch lower then erect size in the extender. The other can extend above erect size and there isn't a strong force applied.
So that's just a fairytale that the length is to be achieved in the extender to create micro damage. So don't mind the length at all don't pay attention to it while in the extender. Pay attention to the force while in the extender
It's the (high) force that creates the gains.
And its not the force in numbers but it's for every person another force.
For example someone will tell you above 2000gr is good. And if he feels pain barrier the last 15min then he is right (for himself)
Someone for example feels a pain barrier the last 15min with 1500 or 1200gr then they are good to.
So the trick is what did you feel in a session and not in numbers or in length achievement in the extender

A gain of the future!Haven't gained half inch yet! I extend a half inch beyond. Can't wait to measure next week because it is looking thicker and longer! Thanks for the encouragement and support brother! Will post my weekly update Saturday morning![]()
It's better to do two sessions and the other two half a day later (3+ hours in between)Tried the 1½ hour sessions today.
First 1 ½ session went smooth, slight discomfort last 10 mins.
Second 1 ½ session was very uncomfortable last 20 minutes.
Third session I could only handle 1¼. was very uncomfortable and painful...
Pretty worked now, so I'm going to end the extending today at just over 4 hours and heal in a stretched state tonight. Going to go ahead with my bathmate session tomorrow morning and maybe extend Friday evening if EQ is okay...
It's better to do two sessions and the other two half a day later (3+ hours in between)
Or if you couldn't otherwise, then lower the force by 500 or 1000g the last session.
