Hi guys, I need some advice, please
-A little context first-
I've been doing PE for a little over a year and a half, in the last few months I started to really dedicate myself and make an effort and I've had good results so far. My starter was really small (something around 4.3 inches lenght) I'm currently getting to 6 inches, I want to get to at least 7 one day. So PE has become VERY important to me and to my self-esteem.
-A little about my penis' behavior-
As far as I can remember, both before I started PE, and now during... my penis has always behaved like this: in the morning: it would shrink a lot, a lot of turtling, balls too... regardless of the temperature, even on hot days or if I increased my body temperature through exercise, it would stay like this all morning and would "loosen up" throughout the afternoon.
At night, the opposite, very loose and more elongated, testicles would fall... even on colder days it was like this. (Of course there were exceptions, if it was really cold it wouldn't happen as much)
So with the PE I decided to attack the most critical front, the morning period. I redirected some routine tasks that required mobility to the evening, so that I could use an ADS all morning and not let my penis shrink.
I currently follow a routine that I consider to be good:
**First thing in the morning** - about 1 hour after waking up
-Warm-up
-Manual stretching at different angles (lots of bundled stretches and BTC) – 3 sets
-Rotary Cranks between sets
-Warm-down
(Approximately 20–30-minute session, high intensity)
Then I put on the ADS device with good traction. Every hour I remove it to allow blood circulation and take advantage of it to do some regular Jelqs, and then I go back to using the ADS.
They say that the ADS needs to be worn for at least 6 hours (I honestly don't know if this time includes manual stretching or if it would only be the use of the ADS). Finally, I use the ADS for 6 to 8 hours throughout the morning and afternoon.
At night I do 5x5x3 with a generic penis pump + cock ring (I need both length and girth, but I need much more length).
The whole point is that I can implement this routine precisely because I work from home, have flexible hours and privacy. Unfortunately, this is about to change...
From now on, my work will require me to be in person, in the morning and afternoon... precisely the most critical periods of my touring... I will also have to schedule 1 hour for the GYM... anyway, I will still have about 4-5 hours in the late afternoon/evening available for PE when I get home, I thought of something like this:
7am – wake up, breakfast, etc
8am - 4pm – work
5pm – GYM
6pm – basic household chores
7pm – start PE & other activities (like studying, side hustle, gaming, etc.) while using ADS
11pm – girth work
12am - sleep
In this routine I would have almost 12 hours of shrinking and turtling, and I'm worried that this will greatly impact my results... so I would like to know:
1) Does it really make sense to focus more on the morning period due to the natural turtling and shrinking of the penis, or is it more important to have the number of hours put in throughout the day as a whole?
2) Considering an intense manual stretching session beforehand, could 4 hours of ADS be enough?
3) Should I prioritize length and remove the 5x5x3 to gain more hours of ADS? 4) Advice, routine tips for balancing work, GYM and PE...
