I think it depends how tight you strap yourself in and how much tension or how far you've extended yourself. Because even at a moderate tension and being snug but not choking I still would have to take mine off after 2 hours or so. If your glans is purple or blue and cold to the touch then take that shit off asap.

There will always be some degree of temperature difference whenever you are constricting a part of your body due to the restricted bloodflow. As you said the colour is fine & it's only a slight temp difference so you should be ok, what you want to avoid is it going numb, that's when you will be running into troubles. VoorheesXIII's is on the ball here. The penis can become very cold after an hour, this does not mean there is danger, it only means blood circulation has been restricted. For most men an hour is time for a recirculation massage but I have seen others go as long as 4 hours It is best to experiment while keeping a close eye on things.

1 hour or two hours is fine. There are people who wear vacuum based extender for up to 3 hours or more. But to avoid blisters, 1 to 2 hours is fine.

With Phallosan Plus there is no problem what so ever, but I take it of anyway when adding pieces to bars. Using that time in between to take a piss and getting blood to circulate again. If you have ADS (all day stretcher, like Phallosan forte.) with vacuum Bell, there should not be any problem. I myself would not use any noose extender, because it may damage glans or slip off.
