I am researching for a good digital thermometer that doesn’t make an annoying “bleep” sound because all those fever thermometers make a sound when you reach 40+ degrees Celsius.

Well in my case that’s what I want to reach in order to grow the septum and tunica. But I can’t do this because i’m doing Ultrasound Therapy late at night when everyone’s asleep.

I am still jobless due to this covid-19 stuff. I don’t know when I will be able to move out and live on my own. For now, I absolutely have to do stealth PE.
 
If you have a room you can have your sessions there n you could isolate the sound turning an air fan or something..just an idea what about covering the device make it less noisy

I am doing a kegel only routine with testicle massage as a econditioning phase until I am ready to start the UltraSound therapy. It will take like 6-8 more weeks until I can buy the 2nd device.

So that will ensure I am totally healed and deconditioned for a new Length phase with UltraSound.

I can’t wait to start ! But patience is key here. No need to rush things.

I am also on Nofap again since september 1st because I want full maximum erection quality in order to determine growth.

Very soon. I am healing a giant blister I developed some 10 days ago while doing an experiment. Its actually healed, just giving a couple more days to the tissue to develop strength. After that I need to test a variable that in fact has these 10-14 days as part of the equation. Once I start again I will have that answer and I think it will be a good time to post the information.

Tuesday september 8th

I managed to fully isolate the (Ischiocavernosus muscle) also known as IC-muscle and I found out that it’s terribly weak. This is importantto determine pelvic floor muscle imbalances.

I did mini kegels for 5 minutes straight and instead of tiring out the muscle I became very hard. After the 7 minute mark I became flaccid again indicating that my IC-muscle was tired out.

The IC muscle is 80% involved in erection strength and hardness. This is the muscle to train for harder erections. So i’m only doing these for a while in combination with reverse kegels.

After my imbalances are corrected, I will proceed further with my regular kegel routine. Doing more kegel clenching will only further make things worse.

I gave my IC-muscle yesterday a good beating and it was exhausted. Now I am letting it recover while doing reverse kegels to relax everything in the pelvic floor. I have a very tight pelvic floor so I am also doing some yoga pelvic floor stretches.

I relapsed after 9 days of Nofap, I must control my horniness. The testicle massage therapy kick starts your sperm production and hormones and gets you really horny but you must control that desire. It’s hard to control your sexual energy but it will give better benefits if you’re able to.

Don’t think in terms of short term gratification.

I finally got a job so I now can start saving up for the second Ultrasound device.

It is evident that you need two devices in order to heat up the upper and lower shaft simultaneously and systematically.

I have been busy alot so I forgot to report here but I have to make myself accountable and keep reporting.

I strained too much with the pelvic floor muscles few days ago so I felt a sharp pain.

I took a few days rest. I did a reverse kegel so strongly that I overstrained my pelvic floor you have to watch out.

Instead of pushing too hard and straining it, during orgasm, make sure your pelvic floor muscles are strong enough to withstand the pressure and pleasure of orgasmic waves and holding back ejaculation.

I simply have too weak pelvic floor muscles during orgasm so it needs more training.

Once in a while I test my dry orgasm abilities and I failed again and I must go on and train longer to be able to hold back ejaculation easily.

So I am planning on making my pelvic floor muscles so strong that I can hold back ejaculation while riding the point of no return with no effort.

If you can do that your dry orgasms will turn into full blown full body orgasms and that pleasure is next level.

You have to be comfortable at the point of no return. Your pelvic floor muscles must be strong enough to ride those orgasmic waves without cumming. This is high level shit.

I am going on Nofap again and this time I will try to find the limit and keep holding back during edging.

I love that you’re going after strengthening your pelvic floor muscles exclusively because this will prove something that has been difficult to prove. I know you’re doing this to get better EQ but also make measurements of girth and length to see if you gain size in a exclusive pelvic floor muscle routine.

Yeah I believe that one can get bigger girth and length over time when you keep pushing your maximum limits of the blood chambers in the shaft.

it certainly sounds like you’re having a lot of fun and that’s exactly what I want you to do. If PE is not kept in the fun zone most men won’t survive long enough to grow. You have to make PE exciting and that excitement should come from the work you do in the growth that will come. At this point I have to start figuring out how to add resistance to the exercise in order to strengthen the IC-muscle.

Maybe I can the the pioneer in this area. I am really interested in this muscle and its relationships with the other pelvic floor muscles and surrounding hip muscles etc etc. All muscles work together in your body.

The thing is I don’t have any knowledge on of anatomy / physiology. I have to research this stuff myself and I really want to learn the mechanics of all these muscles.


I mean you can an infinite amount of the mini kegel exercises but that doesn’t add resistance right?

You can do 1000 bicep curls with no weights in your hand but that won’t grow and strengthen the bicep muscle.

I also feel little orgasmic spasms when I do these mini kegels alot which is an indicator of the IC-muscle being worked.

So it’s certainly enjoyable to do these exercises hundreds of times but there has to be a more time efficient way to produce bigger and better results. Literally bigger results. Pun intended.

A few ideas:

the mini kegel consists of contracting the IC-muscle a tiny bit. When you do it right, you’ll see the shaft at the base moving in and out of the body really quick. You can barely see it.

When you contract even further, the big pc muscles will take over. That’s not what you want to do.

You start flaccid but after 100-200 mini kegels you get hard.

I am thinking of adding some fishing lead and attach a line to it and attach that to an elastic small band which I wrap right under the glans.

The force of that fishing weight has to go in the opposite direction of the shaft so I am pulling with my mini kegels on the fishing weights.

I am lying down in bed usually while doing these kegels so i’ll attach a hook right above my bed with a pulley for the fishing weights line.

That will be my initial set up trying to add resistance to these IC-‘mini kegels.
 
I’d figured standing in front of a mirror and attaching 10 grams of fishing weights to my shaft!
I just let good ol’ gravity doing the hard work of adding resistance

this is better and faster than constructing an entire pulley system above my bed LOL. That’s for lazy training days. That will come when I have the time for it.

I already did like 600 mini kegels and when you do them standing up you will see the IC-muscles at the base of your shaft contracting nicely.

I did 100 mini kegels with the attached weight of 10 grams and it seems that it works the muscles more.

I am doing this trial for a week and then I will increase the fishing weights to 20 grams.

Don’t worry, I got everything under control.

IC-muscles are exhausted though, might need one extra day of rest so 48 hours + 24 hours to see if the weighted mini kegels are having significant effects on IC-muscle strength.

You are a veteran and I do not worry about your experimentation, I’m a big fan of what you’re doing

Book Lifts! Get a small book when you’re erect place the book on your penis and do book raises. You could also tie a string to your penis and add weight and do liftS that way

Try different weight but also try different positions. The point where you hang the weight from may have a very big impact on the muscle group you want to attack.

I noticed a fatigue setting in around 600 mark and that was less than previous time.

The mini kegels are become very pleasurable after a few hundred reps. It looks like there’s some sexual stimulation involved when you do the reps and it gets your shaft harder and harder.

It got to a point of close to cumming and I couldn’t help myself and I masturbated. This wasn’t expected and I have to be alert on this behavior so it won’t happen again.

The sexual stimulation is something you have to deal with. And sometimes it is irresistible.

I think i’m gonna incorporate the regular kegels as well.
I found a perfect routine in my office. I work in a office with only one collegue.

I can do my leg stretching and nobody cares. Every hour I stand up and I do kegels in front of my desk lol.
Nobody sees it because I am mostly alone.

I can easily incorporate my regular kegels and doing sets of 50-100 every hour.

I did it today 3x50 kegels and it went really well. I also do reverse kegel holds (60 sec) every 30 mins.

All this minor stuff is easy to do on your job.

I do mini kegels at home on my bed or standing with weights.

I’ll take a few days rest and continue on sunday.

I am watching the discounted Ultrasound device. They have a halloween discount sale now. Maybe I am able to buy it.
 
Thursday november 5th

I injured my pelvic floor muscles. I took a week off but I might have to wait longer until I recover completely.

I did a forced reverse kegel hold while orgasming and that lead to loss of erection and sexual function and perhaps some nerve damage.

My erection are somewhat hard flaccid now and I don’t feel much sexual stimulation anymore when I masturbate with lube and rub my glans the way I always did. Normally this would trigger fast ejaculation but now I feel a dull pain in my pelvic floor. I suspect it might be the Ischiocavernosus muscle that got overstretched/ strained.

I also got a painful right testicle, the cremaster muscles and arteries are painful and I can’t massage them.

So I am taking a break from all exercises and I have to heal everything.

I tried again sexually stimulating myself but my orgasms are delayed now. I got from premature ejaculation to delayed ejaculation due to loss of sexual function and loss of sexual stimulation feelings.

I am gonna take a few weeks off from kegeling and reverse kegeling and it was my own damn fault that I still was playing around with forced reverse kegels.

You can really damage yourself when your pelvic floor muscles aren’t strong enough.

I should have only just doing an edging session instead of a forced orgasm with reverse kegel holds. That shit got me injured and now I feel like impotency

Please watch out with experimenting around, don’t go overboard.

The positive side is that I now last at least 20-30 minutes with masturbation and I can go on indefinitely when doing a reverse kegel but I don’t feel any stimulation and it’s just dull jerking off without sexual stimulation. Only a very faint sexual stimulation feeling.

My dick gets hard after like 15 minutes but still being soft in a strange way.

I have to investigate this a little more and I will have to wait 6-8 weeks until I get to normal sexual function again.

I think I will take a break from everything and keep you guys posted and updated on my recovery.

I will try out some edging sessions every few weeks to determine if my sexual function and sexual stimulation get back to normal like it used to be before these stupid events.

I was really dumb and I really underestimated how one can hurt himself. I will proceed more carefully in the future.

A golden tip; when your assessing your pelvic floor muscles on strength and holding back ejaculation. Please do an edging session and DO NOT force it when you get to the point of no return and you think you are about to bust.

It’s extremely damaging to your pelvic floor muscles to keep a forced reverse kegel OR forced contracted kegel while you’re muscles are still weak and NOT STRONG enough!

Just let it go and bust your nut and don’t try to interupt the normal natural orgasmic wabe contractions of your Pelvic Floor Muscles !!

Hi guys,

So yesterday (wednesday) I have missed a full day of training.

I had doubts, motivational problems, like rationalizations etc, like “why am I doing this?” “What is my purpose in life?”

“Why am I doing PE? I’m not even talking to girls, i’m not even looking at girls.

In 2014 I did a cycle of testosterone enanthate, which fucked up my hormone levels.

I never really recovered 100% from it, I know I have to see a doctor but I don’t have the money for a specialised clinic.

So I fucked up big time, last time I tested my testosterone levels I had 200 ng/dl.....
Like almost at castration levels LOL.

Normally a healthy young man of 25 should be at a 500-700 ng/dl range.

And no improvements in hormones, and that’s what’s really hindering my progress, my motivation, my mood etc.

I made so much stupid choices in my past, it’s a miracle that i’m still alive!

And I still have my whole life in front of me.

My low test levels keep me demotivated, like this is 100% a mental discipline game.

It’s 7:30 PM and I didn’t stretch one set today. It’s Thursday november 15th and I have to get those sets in before midnight.

I’m procrastinating, slacking, and i’m going through some rough mental times.

My emotions are fucked up, but I have to keep going. This journey is tough.

Special note: I tried the egyptian sexual energy circulating technique, and I was drained every day. It’s very hard to do, and maybe I should keep that practice to only once a week.

The clue is to not lose your life energy when masturbating but it’s not something you will learn in a few days.

I have problems with low libido, if I orgasm, I can go 3-4 weeks without a damn feeling in my dick + testicles before I get horny again. So there’s really something wrong with my body.

And because of daily orgasm since monday I couldn’t train kegels properly. My erection strength is 0 if I orgasm, and it stays 0 for days / weeks.
