For me it’s not sexual and I really thought about this last night. I find adult entertainment to be disgusting and then I ask myself why I go and watch it.

I was praying last night and I was talking to God and I realized, with the help of the spirit, that what I love is passion. I don’t really like to look at people having sex it does nothing for me. What I love is to look at a woman’s face when she was truly experiencing pleasure and passion.

I found out that this is true as I was watching an opera of Angus Dia (A religious opera) and one of the female singers had so much passion on her face when she was singing that it completely turned me on. That’s when it hit me in the head like a brick! I wasn’t looking at her in any sexual way what was turning me on was her passion.

I don’t know if that will help anybody LOL but at least it helps me put into place what I truly find to be attractive and I think what I find to be attractive is good and holy. The devil took sex away from us and made of disgusting I took sex back and I’m making it holy!

So i’m back at it with a new approach. A new method of attack. I have ordered an Ultrasound device and lots of conductive gel.

I will be following kyrpa’s and longerstretch’s protocols and tweaking a bit here and there.

We’re all in different circumstances and we have to make it work with the materials and equipment available for us.

I am gonna restart my hanging routine. I was hanging with the Silistretcher last year and now I am gonna apply the right amount of heat in order to gain length.

FYI: I ordered this device

It comes with international shipping and you can order conductive gel. It has all the right specifications for our purpose.

The maximum intensity is 1.6 Watss/cm^2 so I need to order another one next month for even better heating efficiency.

Remember to log all your measurements. It is very helpful to track results and tweak whenever is necessary.
 
In fact, THE SINGLE BEST WAY to measure and PROVE gains, is using a clone-a-willy. I wanted to do it, but did not have the will to spend that extra $50 bucks.

But if you create a realistic replica of your dick before committing to a dedicated routine for growth, then you can do another replica some 3-4 years later and compare. That would be amazing to see our old little short friends compared to a new colossal jurassic mammoth.
 
That part is tricky I'll just grab a ruler when I'm like ok I finally reached my goal...not that hard to notice real tangible gains LOL

I don’t know if I want to continue the light Jelqing routine after every hanging set with UltraSound Therapy. I think it’s mainly for closing the gap from BPFSL to BPEL. Maybe I should first do the US therapy routine without other exercises to assess if it gets me good strain percentages.

I will be kegeling though. That’s something which never ends.

Yep every now and then I compare it to a bottle of deodorant or something,but the ruler is the one you can't cheat on, she's the one I have a hard time with..

Monday august 24th

Soooo my package arrived today. The US Pro 2000 second edition and I ordered a 5 Liter Jug of conductive gel. That should be enough to get me to 10 inches in length. Total costs: €260

And I have tested the device and I have read the manual. I am also researching safety precautions. Like what medium isn’t penetrated by ultrasound waves: a piece a solid wood with a thickness of 1-2 inches. I will place that over my ballsack in order to protect it from ultrasound waves. Better safe than sorry.

It will take some time before I really get started. I am in preparation phase. I am researching a digital thermometer. And the pulley system for under my desk. I have to make some modifications.

The most annoying part is that I don’t have real privacy. I moved back into my parent’s home because of the pandemic. I live in the attic and there’s no doors that I can close.

I have to do stealth PE at night when everyone’s asleep. And I Have to work with a lamp because everything willbe totally dark. I cannot work in the darkness. I need to see what i’m doing with the transducer moving up and down the shaft in order to heat it properly.

So I have to figure out how to make the pulley system. I will be hanging over the leg. Alternating between right and left leg. Digital thermometer will be placed between shaft and upperleg in order to read temperatures.

I am now in a few weeks of a Deconditioning break from jelqing because I want to be fully healed before I embark on my length-only routine. This will be a straight road up to 10 inches.

I will measure BPFSL as that is the most important measurement and daily strain %.
 
You have to measure. Without measurements there is no way to track progress or know what worked what did not work. Post your measurements here constantly not only for everybody's feedback, but so you can go back any time and review your progress.
 
Yes please keep a meticulous log on this so we have good information on the effect of this. If people start to see this working I know Lightning could make a great deal.
Im a really HARD GAINER, and I got pretty good results doing kyrpa method with only a heating pad(not even US machine), it works for sure.
 
I will start a thread soon, I made a promise a few months earlier here in these forums. I stated that I had been researching the UltraSound technology for along time, following carefully people testing this novel procedure from a scientific standpoint. One of them is Kyrpa. This is not bro science, this is scientific literature. I started following these guys over a year ago. The technology and science proved to be correct.

I started myself this new technology as couple of months ago with nothing less than IMPRESSIVE results. I was able to break after more than 10 years my limiting factor which is the tunica. And quite frankly, is the limiting factor for everybody. Many times it will be claimed that there are routines and exercises to surpass that limit, but that is false. If anybody gets results on the septum with conventional methods, is either because that is not his limiting factor yet, or, that septum hasn't reach its dead end. Once it gets there, is game over. UNTIL NOW.

With this science I have already gained almost 1 full inch in BPFSL in less than 2 months.

The reason why I haven't started a thread here yet is because there are many variables that we are still adjusting on each one of us, variables that complement each other with new knowledge to tune in the procedure. I believe once I reach the inch of new BPFSL I will detail a complete detail of this.

Rice sock, heat pad, IR light, ARE NOT the same. It might resemble a similar response form the tissues, it might yield some results, BUT that means that individual had NOT reach the septum dead end. This therapy IS NOT recommended for rookies, NOR for people who have not reached the Septum dead end after years of trying conventional methods and protocols.

Its not while hanging LOL. In fact, during the research of this novel scientific approach, hanging and other methods are VERY questionable. Its like lifting a car. You can get a couple of friends, use brute force risking everything and lift it. OR, you can use a car lifting jack.
 
By scientific principle any method that involves progressive increase in force is questionable for our purpose. Our purpose is to grow tissues, not make them stronger. Force leads to inflammation. Inflammation leads to tissue recovery, which as expected, recovers stronger than before. In the case of connective tissue or tendon tissue, NOT necessarily bigger than before. Wrongly, the same principle as skeletal muscle has been used. At the gym I wanna destroy the fibers and create inflammation. Because that leads to hypertrophy and strength. But connective tissue does not work in the same way.

One of my longtime dilemmas, and my common sense was telling me all along that we were WRONG, is the fact that you have those asian people hanging rocks from their dicks and even pulling cars, airplanes. Common sense will tell you, if pulling your dick makes it grow, then pulling an airplane or cars or rocks every day will give you a dick of 1 meter long. Well, it turns out there is not a single evidence that ANY go those guys have a big dick. ZERO. If that was the case, I can GAUARANTEE YOU the whole world would be doing the same.

So my longtime question was WHY their dick wont grow. Answer: Inflammation.

The way tissue like the septum grow is through stress relaxation and strain.

Anatomically the changes are supposed to be easy to notice after let's say a month,tunica, tissues,n corporea cavernosa,I'm doing the next exercise check it srt size blasters,foot long stretches, bundled stretching,what do you think? Have you done them?
