Today I apparently made the mistake of stretching after doing a hydro pump with an ADS and now see why you should NOT do this without a cap on. Have a slight mushroom and want to know if it goes away if you back off for a bit. Ordering a sillicap for hydro pumping going forward 👀😬

Okay, I'm lost. Having a slight mushroom, are you talking about the cap becoming expanded into a mushroom? If that's the case, yes, it's quite common not to pump with a cap on. The cap does help to prevent blister/adema, but if you do thing correctly, you don't need to use the cap. The cap is mainly for those who worry a lot.

Now, if the mushroom is a blister or adema, that is defintely a "YIKES". Blister will go away. Don't pop it. Allow time for the blister to be absorbed by the body and heal naturally. It will take a few days. It happens to the best of us.

So, going forward, to prevent blisters/ademas, take it easy. Allow your glans to adapt by thickening up the skin over time. Ease up on the pressure and know exactly where you are in the pressure schemes. If your blisters start to occur around 5inHg, back up abit next time and start at 3.5inHg for a week, then 4.5inHg a week later. Stay below 5inHg for 2 weeks. Slowly increase by 0.5inHg every other week. This allows the glans to adapt to new changes and expansion size and also promotes toughening of the layers of the skin.

Yeah, I think maybe it was a slight blister. It didn't hurt or anything but got puffy like it could be popped like it was nothing. Had me terrified. It already mostly resended. I already bought the cap. I have been stretching at that tension for a bit. I think it was caused moreso by the moisture in my skin and the level of tension for as long as I had it being applied immediately after (almost 2 hours). You don't know how much you just responding helped relieve my mind. Just getting started and that kind of scare almost got me! So are you saying that it is okay to have moisture in your skin and stretch immediately after? I had planned on doing the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) dry after doing a hydro pump for my girth routine. It was all going great until that happened. I have NEVER seen my guy looking THAT massive! Not really the length but the sheer girth was amazing. I am hooked and want to stay that way. I will proceed with caution and not rush going forward but I guess it's like getting your knuckles tough to train consistently on the heavy bag...

What does HG stand for btw? I checked the abbreviations and it was not there...

Yeah. Happens to the best of us. It got me too a few weeks ago. It happens to the best of the best of us. :)

Yep. Your skin hasn't been conditioned enough to be under that kind of moist environment. No worries. Allow the skin to aerate over time and it will return to normal and toughen up.

You can perform stretches away and around the blister. For me, when I have a blister on the glans, I don't cause excessive pressure of fluid to build up on the glans. I use wraps, my THERABAND, and squeeze as much blood out of the glans as possible during the wrap to prevent fluid from entering into my glans during my stretches. I use LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging a lot, and that can creates tons of fluid pressure on the glans under intense traction force. As long as you can wrap the glans tightly to remove as much blood as you can, you can do the stretches without worries.

I had planned on doing the 5x5x3 dry after doing a hydro pump for my girth routine. It was all going great until that happened.
Once you have blisters on your glans, back off, and allow the glans to take care of the blister first before continuing. Otherwise, you'll get a larger, bloodier blister.

Hehehehehe. Wait unti you see a 1in to 1.5in increase in size without any blisters or fluid retention. Forget being hooked. You'll be dazzled to the point that you cannot allow PE to leave your life.

inHG stands for in of mecury. You also see mmHg, which is a millimeter of mercury. mmHg is much more accurate when it comes to medical monitoring, or for precise mechanic pressure adjustment. But we are dealing with an expandable penis. We'll go insane using mmHg. We use inHg instead.

Once I saw the swelling had gone down I put on a Sillisleeve. I made sure to kind of have it over the glands just below the head and that any remaining swelling was balanced out as to not pop it or anything feels great now. The sleeves are probably the best idea outside of the heavy equipment to me.

Yepp, as already mentioned by brother oldandlively this stuff happens to the best of us aka almost everyone.

Actually got two blisters right on the top of my penis head when starting to pump again a few weeks ago, only took 2-3 days for it to completely go away and heal. I rushed the pumping and went up to 15hg way to early.

Yes, I go that high of a pressure after years of conditioning my penis with a Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 so I’m by no means suggesting that you go that high as it takes a serious amount of conditioning to manage it, but still it can be risky which I’m well aware of.

Brother oldandlively, as he always does, gave you very good and sensible advice so do as he says and you’ll be golden and back at it again in no time. I seem to learn something new, regarding PE, from him everyday even though I’ve been in this game for well over 15 years. It’s a never ending learning process and I love it.
