hey all I was able to wear my extender for about a hour last night and the thura band done a number on my glands after about a hour of use.

Not sure how I could help but maybe I can get a few more details for some help from more experienced guys. When you wrap, are you putting the theraband directly on your skin?

Some prefer it this way but others will put another wrap under it such as a piece of ace bandage. Of course make sure your wrap is smooth to avoid pinching and pressure points.

I think it would be smart to reverse the order, meaning that you wrap with the ace bandage first then the theraband. fabric/skin contact is better in my opinion and far more comfortable than the other way around

I was thinking along the lines of what megamike suggested. Although some guys can tolerate the theraband directly on the skin, it may not be comfortable for everybody. Having a buffer region (fabric like ace bandage) can reduce the stress on your skin. It's worth a try.
