i dont have a pic but this is sooooo simple and hopefully effective. its my second day using it.

you need a long sock, a dumbbell (im using 2 pounds, those small yoga dumbells. its my moms) and a cable clamp.

i took the dumbell its kinda like this one- http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thu...photo_1692500_5lb_women_s_dumbell_weights.jpg

you put the dumbell in the long sock, then place your scrotum into the sock and use the cable clamp to clamp right above the balls on the scrotum(clamp on the sock but at the area above the balls). then while im on the computer i place both feet on the desk and let my scrotum get stretched down

my cable clamps are orange too!

what a useless reply...

looks like a pretty easy set-up, and you could substitute anything for the dumbell, really.

like a chunk of iron, or a jar of pickles.
