Wierd black head on glans after hanging with Vac Hanger 4

Hey guys before I start off I am no longer hanging with the Vac hanger 4 due this black head I got on my glans. I am doing only manual stretches 3 times a day and will soon start to jelq. It was foolish to start Penis Enlargement with hanging, I now know after this scar....

The black head I got was really wierd, I was hanging at 4 lb COMFORTABLY, and when I took the Vac hanger off there was this bump there, so I left it for 2 weeks and its still there!!! When I get hard the top off the bump seems white, NOT with fluid but with skin.

It look bad anyone know if this is treatable with creams or maybe even a dermatoligist. To be honest I wanted my Penis Enlargement'ing to a healthy new start but at just 3 weeks in it kind of feels like a disaster on my part. Its now like a bump but with white skin on it and it is so small that I can't take it off

This is off topic but, Can I gain lenghth if I do manual stretches 3 times a day? any help would be great.

This sounds like Thrombosis, it the bump hard to the touch? Is there any pain present?

no it is not hard to touch and it is not painfull, it has a lighter color than the rest of my glan which makes it stand out more

If it is soft and not painful perhaps it is a bulging vein? A picture would really help me diagnose this.

I am sorry it took so long for me to reply but here they are, also I am uploading my second pic where I have now notices two dots that seem to be on the skin (they are not bumps and they dont hurt). On the first picture it might not seem noticeable but that cause I couldn't zoom in enough but trust me it is visable. Any advice on how to treat it?

ok sorry I have taken the picture they are both 1.06 mb in size and are JPG when I select them and then push upload, it shows the loading bar to indicate that they are done uploading but when I click the X buttom to exit nothing happens. How do I do it, I have tried a lot, is there another thread?

When you open the upload window wait for it to load all images (they will appear as question marks). Once it load you will be able to upload. Sometimes I have to open it twice for it to sync.

God, I am so stupid. I could't figure it out can I just email it to you?

I also forgot to say every week or so some skin come off of it, thankyou for all your help
