It's just the angle of your torso vis a vis the angle of your dick--kind of like gravity. What you CAN do to counteract this is to do some lazy ass stretches. Stretch it out and sit on it. You can also do these in bed, by the way.
Mine does this as well, and its quite annoying. I do my morning hanging, and than rush out the door to the car. The second I sit down its back to turtle mode.

i get that sometimes when but thats cuz I have turkey neck from a circumcision that pulls back on my shaft so unless i'm very small flacid and I sit in the seat with my back arched up and my but way under me, gives a natural tug back. try sitting differently
