Hello all MOS masters!
Just became a member of this forum after reading up on it for a month or two.
I have some experience with PE back like 10 years ago. Minimal experience with manual work but I still have the same "Male Edge" extender (somewhat broken but I can use it for a decent elongation).
Back then I definitely used it with too much force and and got 0 to minimal results (got discoloration going though that made my dick permanently darker LOL but didn't bother me too much). I think the failure to gain came from unrealistic expectations with lack of deeper understanding of how it all works + measuring every week that made me lose motivation due to not seeing any results..) So after that I pretty much gave the extender up for frustration and fear of hurting myself.
I also have the Bathmate Xtreme that I bought like 7 years ago but I think I never used it for a long enough time to segment any gains.. (I was somewhat consistent for a year or so though but think I never got any permanent gains).
So today I'm 32 years old (I'm white/caucasian) and due to some health problems got me to where I cannot right now work so much and not work out like I used to (always been into fitness). So to keep me sane and have something to work for I recently picked up PE again like 2-3 months ago.
My routine today (after a warmup period of like 6 weeks) is as follows:
Every OTHER day, I warmup in shower with hot water for 5 minutes then do 40 mins of manual stretching in all angles (2-3 mins in each angle at a time) Focus is downward, sides and behind cheeks cuz I'm feeling the stretch there so much better, outward and upward stretch I twist the dick 360 degrees to get a better grip and stretch. Also trying to "unflex" the pelvic muscles with the reverse kegel while stretching.
Right after manual stretch I do the slow squash jelq (without oil, like I suppose it should be?) for 5-6 mins and then apply oil and do regular jelqing for 20 mins and right after that I try to get as much of a boner as I can in the bathmate for 12 mins. Working hard with regular kegels during the Bathmate session for the first 7-8 mins and the last 4-5 mins I do the expressive stretch inside the BM to target the inner penis. Then right after that I put on a pretty tight cock ring for 30-40 mins (can it be to tight?). I usually wait an hour or so after bathmate to get the worst swelling down before I put the extender on (is this a good thing? cuz it feels like I wanna keep the blood for a while after pumping and not pushing it away in the extender?).
Other then this routine I just try to wear the extender at a medium force as much as I can EVERY day. It can be 2 hours a day or 10 hours or anything in between.
Summarizing:
(every other day)
5 min warmup
40 min manual stretch
5 min slow squash jelq
20 min jelq
12 min bathmate (incl. 5 min expressive)
and in between wear the extender as much as possible at home
My mindset now is to have a solid manual work as groundwork and NOT measuring at all, I wanna wait like 6 months. This mindset is inspired by the grandmaster DLD.
Oh almost forgot my stats.. I'm 6,3 inches long and my goal is to be at least 8 inch long and when I reach it I think I just wanna maintain that length and segment it permanently. So I'm willing to put in extra work and time now to reach that ASAP then move on to more maintenance work. Girth is also important of course but I'm pretty decent and I take any gains there as a bonus. I want the extra inches to be able to have sex in more a more variety of positions that require more length to work smoothly so that's my motivation as well as I know that women just love the 8+ inchers!
I'm thinking I should get some device to stretch during nighttime so segment gains and be more productive (like the Stealth Stretcher or SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger). As well as get something (like sleeves or similar) to use whenever I'm at work or go about my day where wearing an extender is not practical or realistic. Thoughts?
Any feedback regarding the routine, devices I have, or should get or anything else is super appreciated!!
