Reasonable expectations?

So my question is what is an expected reasonable and healthy gain on a monthly basis. My goal is 1.5 inches gain in length. I expect girth to come along with it correct me if I'm wrong here. But it's a .1 inch growth a month something i can expect with this? I'm just wondering if my goal could...

Tips for the bathroom, when length increases.
