Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Thickonebc1740, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks. I have been doing PE on/off since 2003. Unfortunately more off. I mainly used a pump throughout the years.
I can put my routine and size. Where should I post it? By the way, I'm very interested in getting the Silisleeve and doing better ADS.

I don't see a Routines and Progress forum but here are my stats:
2003: BPEL 6.5
2020 Feb. BPEL 7.75, EG 6.1.25.

I started using a penis pump daily with some jelqing in 2003. But w
Became sporadic in my usage. In fact, I would pump before sex with wife which my wife noticed so I told her. She said it was unnecessary but I could tell she liked it. She started having orgasms regularly and I don't think she did before. We had been married since 1994.
On/off I did some bib hanging, stretching, and but very inconsistent. I continued to pump before sex (4 or so times/week for 30-60 min.). That was what I was more consistent with, the pumping.
Fast forward to a month ago. I was at 7.5 BPEL and EG at 5.875, but I had been here at this length for a number of years.
Wanting more length I dusted off the old bib hanger and have been hanging consistently 60 min/day at around 10lbs now. Plus in that last month I made my own ADS using velcro strap, sock, non-stick wrap, sleeve, and clamp. I'd do the ADS at work stealth for 30-40 hours/week. I also still pump about 15 min 2-3 times/week. I've been doing this the last month.
Now I'm 7.75 BPEL and 6.125 EG.

But I want MORE.

Thank you for coming out and introducing yourself, this is a very big first step and step that will get you a lot of help. I see that you have read through SRT, are you going for length or girth or both?
 
The bib hanger is tortuous. I am seriously thinking of getting the Silisleeve for ADS and then can I use it for hanging sessions (10+ lbs) when I'm in the privacy of my home?

The SiliStretcher is a fabulous tool to use when going for length alone as it has many options in use.
