Welcome to the Brotherhood, @SilentTBone, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hello DLD, been doing PE for about 6 months since late March/early April .Never really had a routine except for doing Warm Up-Kegels-Stretches-Jelqs-Warm/Cool Down. My length stretches consisted of (Streching penis straight outward away from body, A-frame stretch,180 stretch, and two-handed stretch). My girth exercise was always just a basic Jelq for about 8-10 minutes to end followed by kegels, cementing, and warm/cool downs.

Right now I am about 6.5inches BPEL and 5.9inches NBPEL with an Erect Girth of about 4.25inches. Would like to get started on a routine to help gain length in NBPEL

Short term goal is to gain 1.0 in NBPEL and .5-0.75 in Erect Girth. So that would almost between 6.7-7 inches NBPEL and 5 inches EG

Long term goal I would want to be about 8.5 inches NBPEL and 5.5-6 inches in Erect Girth
 
If you want to go with a completely manual routine the best possible routine to use would be the newbies routine. There are some adjustments you can make to that routine to increase the intensity if it’s not enough for you. Have a readthrough and let me know what your thoughts are and I can help you put a routine together.
 
Sounds good DLD. Just took a look at the Newbies routine on the forum and it looks great! I would think that doing 300 Jelqs would be overtraining the penis. But I’m not an expert and I’m here coming for advice lol Currently at the moment I’m doing stamina training where Im doing:

Warm up-Erect Kegels-Start and Stops-Warm down

I started the training on Thursday with my last day of doing Enlargement exercises being on Tuesday. Realistically how long would it take to increase up to an inch in length NBPEL and half an inch in EG? I set myself to reach it within a ridiculously short time. That being within a span of a 1-3 months, the less time the better.

Just bought your dvd of Matters of Size so that should be coming soon in the mail and also planning to get myself measured in my flaccid states to purchase some Silisleeves to help with healing and elongation. I am willing to do what it takes to reach my goals.

Appreciate it DLD! I just feel that for the past 6 years of knowing about PE I never took advantage of it. I am more determined than ever to reach my goals more than ever
Once I reach my goal of 7inches NBPEL and 5inches EG, I will move forward to investing in the S.R.T PE package you offer here on the site
 
Whenever your ready to create for me a progress routine I am ready to go ahead and follow through with it. I think for me at the moment would be trying to gain length as fast as possible then concentrating on girth
Just did stamina training right now with meCoach but it feels weird and frustrating starting from the bottom of a PE routine. Just want to get back into Enlargement exercises with a routine that could help me reach my goals (short term for now)

you’re going to love it and the best routine you can possibly use to pack on girth is the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This routine will bring up to an inch of temporary gain that is completely usable when you have sex with your wife. This temporary game becomes permanent very quickly as new temporary gains come into view. I think doing the newbie routine stretches would be the smartest addition to the 5×5×3. After a couple weeks you may want to bring your lengthmaster into the picture and substitute all newbie stretches with LM stretches.

This is the safest way to pump and that is why I created this message. People who pump for hours do nothing but cause fluid retention, discoloration and possible injuries. The 5×5×3 limits your time in the pump to limit the water retention and to disperse it properly using the SSJ.

Yes you do the 5×5×3 every day unless you’re finding yourself in a position where you feel like you need rest. But most people do the 5×5×3 every single day.

on your question about healing you want to get your hard-core stretching in first and then wear the SS for the remainder of the day if possible. This will help cement the growth you’re making in your work.

Over a three month. If you train using the full force of SRT you should see up to an inch of growth in length and maybe a quarter to half inch of girth.

You always want to do your length before girth as once you’re expanded it makes it very difficult to stretch.
 
That sounds good just ordered the length master and silistretcher, going to order the MityVac as well in 2 weeks
I used the bathmate today for the first time but don’t think I did that well..went it in a flaccid state to test it out and used it for about 5 minutes and flaccid did not grow
Felt the suction but no increase in length or girth of penis :(

So happy that you have everything coming. The bathmate you should always enter erect not flaccid. I also highly recommend you use the 5×5×3 in SRT as this will bring Incredibles expansion every time. Continue on with your other work and when your new equipment comes in let me know and we will put a permanent routine in place.

good deal my brother do you have everything you need to do the entire SRT program. Let me put something together for you. How long can you train every day? Do you have the privacy you need? Read over the SRT routine and come back and let me know the answers to these questions and any thoughts you may have on SRT
 
The only thing I may not have at the moment is a MityVac and the creams..however I do got a bathmate Hydro7
I can train for about 3 hrs a day and that’s from mid evenings-nights. ( Ican wear silistretcher for half the day)
SRT sounds good just wondering if length and girth have to be done together in one session in a day?
