Welcome to the Brotherhood, @gragolandia, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
i don't speak English fluently, but that me actually and my goals, I started this week with newbie routine can i bet my goal until end of 2021 with that?

Excellent goals and very realistic. You’re very smart start with the newbie routine as this is a great foundational work out that you can build on as you progress. You can add two stretches into a newbie newbie routine one being expressive stretching and the other being erect stretching, These two exercises will help you grow even faster.
 
Hey DLD, i have one question, if i do the jelqing erect i will have the same efect ??? If have the same efect i have do to less repetitions? I have stopped my rountine becase i changed city but restarted last month.

Erect = Mainly for girth.

By the way, what language do you speak?
 
I want more length than girth, I speak Portuguese

Se só estiver interessado em comprimento, deve fazer exercícios de comprimento:
  • "Alongamento expressivo" - ak.a Expressive stretching
  • "Exercícios mestre de comprimento" - Lengthmaster
  • I don't know how to call: "Bundled stretches" in PT.
Estes exercícios cobrem praticamente todas as bases de exercícios de comprimento.

Você também pode esticar com esses dispositivos, que são quase livres de problemas (O que significa que você precisa fazer nada, basta usá-lo, e você vai ganhar tamanho) :

If you are only interested in length, you should do these length exercises:
  • "Expressive stretching"
  • "Length master exercises"
  • "Bundled stretches"
These exercises cover virtually all bases of length exercises.

(Yeah he can always hang, etc, but he is a newbie let him dip the feet in the water first)

You can also stretch with these devices, which are almost trouble-free (Which means you need to do nothing, just use it, and you will gain size) :
