Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey DLD,

thanks for the welcome. I started my PE journey about 3 weeks ago.

Currently I’m using a quick extender pro at night, usually 3-5 hours per night...and a bath mate hydro 5 times per week for 8 minutes at a time and then two days off. I just added a sillisleeve to my routine as of yesterday to help cement gains faster but I do have some questions which I posted in that forum already.

I’m currently 7inch bpel and 5.75-6 inch base girth...mid shaft is closer to 5.5-5.75. My goal is to be 8x6 and I’m in for the long haul if that’s what It takes.

looking forward to picking brains and getting gains!

please feel free to critique my current program. I’m more than willing to take advice or suggestions from any veterans
 
It sounds like you’re hitting all the right buttons! How do you are you doing anything else besides the extender for length?

At this point, no. I’ve read a ton on jelqing/hanging/clamping but they seems like I wouldn’t be able to incorporate them into a consistent routine. The extender and sleeve seem like great options because they are passive and fits my current lifestyle.

Do you think there’s something else I should be doing on top of my current routine?
 
This all depends on what you want out of PE in regards to size. For girth, you will want to incorporate manual work, such as jelqing, manual clamps and squeezes. Pumping can also help in that area.

Passive work is great, but if you want to make the most out of your journey, you should also add manual stretching to the mix. Set aside some time to clear your mind and focus on yourself during a good manual session. Devices are really just an aid IMHO.

quickly looking over your routine I would say that you should go with the SRT5×5×3 for your pumping workout as this will bring girth faster than any other way. You should also be doing bundled stretching, about five minutes, before every session be at girth or length. I would also include erect stretching three times a week for 10 minutes. I suggest you work on bringing Internal penis out using an expressive stretch. Lastly, he sure to wear your extender in passive mode whenever you’re not training, this is a very big deal to cementing growth. As I stated above the best ADS out there is the SiliStretcher and it’s guaranteed for life. Keep yourself motivated in every way by remaining involved with the forum and sharing your experiences and asking for help if you need to. I hope this helps my brother.
 
Hey DLD,I know this is an old thread, but you would ADS after pumping at high pressure or just low pressure? High pressure brings the girth out so much wouldn't the muscle tissue also pull from out of the micro tears that haven't healed strong yet the next time they pump? Wouldn't the muscle tissue filled in the micro tears take some time to heal and be conditioned before it can take high pressure from pumping, maybe even months????✌?

I always suggest that you do your length work before your girth work because your penis when it’s expanded is very difficult to stretch. With that said stretching the penis when you’re expanding because of girl you need to put in much more strength and intensity into the stretch and if you’re able to do this I think it’s better than what I usually recommend. If you can effectively stretch your penis in an expanded states then you’re taking advantage of all of the micro-tears. I hope that makes sense to you
 
Yes I understand that, I'm to lazy for hanging and ADS atm, could I just use a thinner cylinder for pump to work on length? Is there anything else I should do after pumping to help cement length gains? Thanks! :)

keep yourself elongated after you’ve trained in someway. You could use a sleeve, ace, VLC or the SiliStretcher.
