Vacuum extender

Hello everyone.....I found that my dick gets irritated sometimes when I use the size genetics extender...so I've been doing some research on how to make it Alittle more comfortable and I ended up stumbling upon a vacuum extender that works by using a vacuum instead of your dick. I'm just posting here to find out what you guys think of it and if anyone has ever tried it. Dld I would also love to here wat u have to say about it too. I've also included a screenshot of the extender on amazon. Thanks.

I would buy Phallosan, its more expensive but its good stuff... this amazon thing i have never seen this before.

You won't see anybody that has made 1 inch gains from using the Phallosan Forte. That device is a waste of money.
