Anyone have input on the two methods of supplementation? Which, in your opinion, would be better to increase workouts?

Gotcha (y) Been keeping up with your TuffDong Motivation page. Amazing bro! I need that kind of commitment to PE XD
So, would you recommend Titan for supplementation along with plenty of water? The ingredients seem really great

Titan has all good things, but I personally like to take everything separate, and not combined into on single tablet or capsule. Maca, Tribulus, Arginine, Lysine, Lecithin, Cayenne, Ginseng, Ginger, Cranberry, Nettle, Damiana, Zinc, D, Fish... These are what I take on the daily, regardless if I'm heavy on exercises or not.

Here is what I take... morning bag (20), and afternoon bag (7). I am out of a few things as well, so they are a few light, hehehe.

Make sure you purchase all ingredients from a reputable company, and the more "natural" and less "mainstream", the better. Most of those pills advertised for enhancement contain well past their prime ingredients, as well as too much filler and/or generic ED crap that is very bad for you. Creams, well, they are straight up BS unless advertised as being beneficial for post workout recovery.

So for creams, would you recommend maxout from bathmate? Or prosolution gel?

Since taking these, specifically damiana and zinc, have you seen an increase in testicular size?

I am not familiar with either. I only use lotions and oils.

I have only been taking the supps consistently since the first couple posts of my thread.

Oh I see. I've read that damiana can increase the size of tesitcles. Thanks so much for the input! Best of luck on your gains! ?

Supplements have been discussed. Just a quick word about any creams!

True, most of them are quite gimmick. From my point of view it's better to use more natural oils or butters. Shea butter, jojoba, almond, these all are great. I suggest to look up on comedogenic index regarding certain oils, especially if you have naturally oily skin that seems to clog up.
In my experience shea butter has been great on many levels.

If you can afford "more", then argan oil is fantastic stuff.

One member to my recollection did have a good run with the MaxOut serum but it's quite expensive. In the end it might not be that much addition to your routines. In MoS Shop there are few creams which are also proven effective.
It's just my personal choice to favor shea butter most of the time.

If you want a more PE suited lotion / oil or cream, consider making Essential Vein Oil.

One more item: Nigella sativa (black seed) oil is great stuff as well!

Wow, thanks! I've heard of the many benefits of black seed oil. I'll definitely give these a try

Just to cover the basics I’m not sure if it’s in your or not but it’s very wise to have a tube of hydrocortisone and a tube of bacitracin. The hydrocortisone will help keep all skin issues away including itching, redness, burning, dryness and other issues. The bacitracin will be anointment ready if you cut yourself or have an open blister. Healing with bacitracin is much quicker with little to no scarring.
