Too much zinc in male extra?

This is a quick post but I just read 150 mg of zinc on my male extra pack per serving that came with my sizegenetics. I'm almost half way done and no noticable side effects. Yet isn't this too much as in toxic? Thanks!

I wouldnt worry about it, you need to be having probably in excess of 9-10,000mg of the stuff a day for it to have negative effects, and theres no way there 10g of Zinc in MaleExtra right?

I once overdosed on Vitamin C, having 15,000mg a day for 4 days straight and i was in my bed for 2 days after with terrible stomach cramps lol!

Not nearly enough to cause anything negative in a normal male, as a matter of fact it is there to increase sperm. I always suggest reading all the ingredients on any supplement before taking it as some people may have different nutritional issues.
