I started my PE journey just over three months ago and have experienced some pretty rapid growth of 1.25 inches of EL and .5 inches in EG in just 3 months. What I’m wondering about is if I’m pushing things too hard as this seems a little too good to be true if it continues. I work from home, often alone, so I can do a lot of exercises while I work, but what has me thinking I may be pushing too hard is that I’m basically doing some of the SRT exercises, hanging, then SiliStretcher changing angles when I have to pee, and pumping with the mityvac in-between, sometimes hanging again in the afternoon. When I have time I use the Penomet pump with the red gaitor in the morning for about 20 minutes. I never push it to the point of extreme discomfort or pain. I do get 4 to 6 hours a day in, most of that in the ADS, so I’m wondering if the burst of growth may slow way down at some point. Some simple math would mean 2.5 inches in 6 months which seems a bit too good to be true.
 
So I’m still experimenting with what works best, and as expected the rapid gains have slowed but still making slight gains. About 0.1 inch gain since Sep 16. No change in girth. Hanging for about 20 to 30 minutes followed by several hours of ADS, pumping in between, seems to be working for me. I haven’t been as rigorous about wearing a sleeve but try to wear it as often as possible. I tried to see if sildenafil would make any difference when pumping but since I don’t have ED it just gives me a steel pipe hard on and nasal congestion. I think it probably adds a teeny bit of temporary length just because it’s so rock hard. I’ve only used it a couple times so no real proof it helps. What I’m noticing is I’m extending much faster in the pump than when I started, regardless of whether or not I used sildenafil. I originally stayed in the Penomet for 30 minutes but I’m finding any more than 10 minutes in the Penomet or Mityvac doesn’t seem to make any difference judging from the temporary gains achieved with the different times. If the current rate holds I’m probably looking at 9 months to achieve my short term goal of 8.5x6.5. I’m focusing on length since I’m already at my short term girth target and I don’t want it to end up looking like a pop can.

I may be bias because it was my first piece of PE equipment. I only pumped before this year. Using the Penomet on and off over the course of about 5 years, I gained about an inch in length and half an inch in girth. I would use it for a few months and then stop and start up again a few months later. I wasn't usually very consistent. However, the Penomet was the only piece of equipment I used for a while. The only other thing I did was some minor manual stretching but nothing crazy.
 
I think some men are easy gainers, judging from the lurking I've done on this and other forums. I gained 1.25 inches in my first three months so I may fall into that category. I was also pretty obsessive about it in the beginning though.

I'm so glad you gained so much in such a little time my brother! I did as well and I know how amazing it feels. Anyway I can guarantee that easy or hard gainers doesn't exist in this game, penis doesn't differ so much between men. Here is the thing, finding the right routine that works for you, this is what is all about.... In this sense some men can be "luckier" than others just because they find the right path to growth, but not because they've got a different structure. Yes, there may be people with a little tougher tunica or stiffer septum but with the right knowledge there's no limit anymore.

You're probably right. I definitely experimented a lot in the beginning and immediately changed my routine when something didn't work. Wishful thinking doesn't grow your willy. My routine that's still working although slower now is just hanging in the morning for up to half an hour, alternating ADS for an hour, pumping for 5 to 10 minutes, then stretches for a few minutes, rinse lather repeat, for 4 to 6 hours every day. I typically take one or two days off every week and wear an anti-turtling sleeve when I can. Recently I've found applying heat also helps so I've added that to my routine. It'll be six months in a few weeks and I've added another 0.2 inches in length. No change in girth but I don't want my girth to get out of control anyway. This routine obviously can't work for everyone since I have a ton of private alone time, but it is definitely working.
 
@MoreHunger, where do you live? It seemed to be something in the water where you live to cause such an accelerated rate of growth.... congrats!!!

How did you learn about PE?
Haha yeah I was a bit surprised myself. To me it was an experiment. I actually went down the PE rabbit hole by clicking on an ad when doing research on natural blood pressure management. I figured just proving if these people saying an inch to an inch and a half in three months was achievable it was worth the effort. I get that not everyone has that much privacy for that amount of time, but since I do I stuck to the plan and am still growing just not as fast. Rulers don't lie and the extra length is getting pretty obvious now.
 
So since the server crash I can't post a new thread I guess I'll just continue my progress here. I measured yesterday (a couple times) and was 7.8 BPEL and no change in girth, so focusing on length seems to be working. Since the rate of growth has slowed down, I'm gaining 1 to 2 mm every two to three weeks.

I plateaued for about a month between September and October but since adding heat to my routine and religiously wearing an anti-turtling sleeve, I'm gaining again. My wife says no longer than 9.5 but the satisfaction of seeing my little soldier slowly becoming a four star general is very satisfying. Since starting down this road my wife has also noticed my erections are significantly harder. I think there is a real stigma around penis enlargement that's kind of sad, especially for men who are smaller and could really benefit.

My wife was already happy with my size that was maybe a little over average but now she brags about it (privately of course) and jokes about approaching �naked people movies� star territory. It's fun to think in a year I could actually be well over 8 inches. Life is good! I was only 6.25 when I started mid June of this year and have gained 1.55 inches and I'm no spring chicken. If I can do it anyone can.

You are doing great my brother. The growth will slow down as time goes on. You will need a length master to keep the gains coming. Purchase one today. Bundled stretches and expressive stretching will bring more gains for you.
 
Yep I’m still here haha. There was a server crash quite a while ago that seemed to have permanently mucked things up so I lost interest but it looks like it’s been fixed. My growth is really slow now, on the order of 1/16th every 4 months. My current length is 8 3/8 so I’ve gained some since I last posted here. I switched to using an LG hanger and typically do 2 hours @ 10 to 15 pounds. I recently started fulcrum hanging and can only do 10 that way. I rarely pump anymore preferring clamping instead which has really improved my EQ. At my current growth rate it looks like I’ll reach my short term goal in about 8 months. My initial growth rate started ramping down around the time of my last post here a little over a year ago and now is pretty slow. I’ve remained consistent the whole time even upping the hanging weight but just like most fast gainers I hit a point where growth continues but is way way slower than in the beginning.

Things will slow down if intensity is not increased. I suggest adding to your routine and uping the intensity
