Each time a blister pops up, I'm ending up taking longer and longer breaks and this has become an huge issue for my PE journey, I'm not consistant anymore due to this.
I tried the micropore tape, sealed well and put a silicon cap on it and used PF for 2 hours. and did 20mins X 2 hanging sessions with 2kgs.
I felt comfortable the whole time, only in the of 2nd hanging session, I felt like there might be a blister, then after taking off the tape. to my surprise the blister is much worse than before.
What do I do to continue with cosistancy without the blisters. Read on other posts about the "New Skin", which is not available in India and costs hefty to import.
