Stuck on a Plateau for 8 Months

DLD, contarary to my name, I’ve been stuck on a plateau for 8 months and it’s been so frustrating. I’ll give you a little background on my PE journey.

I started back on January 1st, 2017 @ 6nbel inches length and 5.25 inches girth.
I started off with your newbie routine, where you stretch behind the cheak, in all directions ( L, C, R) for 30 seconds etc.... and after I would jelq for 600 reps. Eventually I started encorporating A stretches and doing a blasters routine for 50 reps along with the newbie routine, followed by jelqing.

After I started encorprating A-bundled stretches in my newbie routine and I kept gaining.

As of May 2018, I have been stuck at 7.5 nbpel and 5.75 inches of girth all over.

In the end of August I got a bib hanger and have been using it since hanging at 8 pounds with no gains. Do you have any tips how I can break my plateau? It’s been very frustrating.
 
Your gains already are incredible, it must feel so much better today than when you started. Congratulations on those gains!

Breaking a plateau can take on a lot of different routine ideas based on your time and privacy. Do you have any other equipment? How much time can you dedicate? Do you train everyday? What is most important to you right now, length or girth? Let me know and I can help you create something that will break that plateau.
 
Thank you, and yes I feel so much better and have way more confidence. And I have just bought the LG hanger. I have ace bandage and a girth band. I can train roughly 3 hours a day for active Stretching, I have a lot of privacy. I train usually 7 days, and sometimes I take a day off, with the LG hanger I hang roughly 3 hours a day while playing video games, it’s really comfortable and gives a good expansion. The most important to me is length. I feel like I already have very good girth.

When was the last time you increased the poundage on the hanger?

I think raising it to 10lbs, and see how it feels for the 7 days, then increase it again 1-2 lbs the following week till you get at 15lbs. Try hanging in sets lasting 20 minutes is my advice.

With the lengthmaster, I urge you to hammer the A stretch blasters as they are proven to work by many across the world in all major penis enlargement forums, and it incorporates the reverse kegel to really isolate the suspensory ligaments allowing a more intense stretch.


You will feel a burn like no other with these, and that is fine. Of course if you feel pain, you stop.

The next exercise to get involved with intimately in your lengthmaster is the bundled stretch.
It can be done like a dream with the lengthmaster via the hanger attachment, and as you twist, it allows you more control, and by using the legs on the handles more force.

Bundled stretches are effective, and another proven length method. The bundle makes it unique in how it works.

Think about when you get a piece of string and pull point it at both ends, then bundle it, repeat the process, and you will find that the stretch is intensified with not additional output of force i.e like in hanging you need more poundage, or more time, but with the bundle you are increasing the tension with a twist.


So all in all, its X3 exercises with x2 being in the lengthmaster stretching, and x1 hanging weights.
With the hanger, you could do it bundled for more intensity.
 
Excellent advice from Red above. Now reading what he has written I will add this; let’s create a routine now based on this advice that is going to bring you to where you want to be. I have a couple more questions, first, what equipment do you own? My next question is what size are you now And what size do you want to get to? How much time do you have to dedicate to this? Are your concerns more with length or girth? Let me know these answers and working with what Red has already written I will create a routine for you that will break this plateau and get you where you want to be

Thank you redzulu2003 for the awesome advice, I’m thinking of buying the length master in near the end of December...

And DLD, I own a LG hanger and a BIB hanger, those are the only equipments I own... as of right now I am 7.5inches nbel and 8 inches bpel... I want to get to 9 inches nbel... my concerns are only with length, I already have pretty good girth, but I just do jelqs because I feel like it assists with length gains...

That Lengthmaster will give a whole new dimension to your length work. I think a combination of progressive hanging, or maybe Pyramid hanging. I suggest 3 sets of 20 minutes each, more if you can handle it. Jelqing is wise for pe health so keep up with that. I would spend 5 minutes before every set doing Bundled Stretches, These will help speed your gains so much. The reason being is that bundled stretches cause the Tunica to expand and allow for much more size to be taken on, length or girth. I also suggest you do the Testicle health massage and stretch to aid in A much longer and heavier flaccid penis. And get as many Kegels as you can throughout the day, you can do them while you’re working, driving in your car, watching TV, wherever just getting in as many as you can as Your penis will be dependent on better bloodflow as your penis grows and Kegels produce the strength to hold that new, needed blood. You don’t want to end up bigger with erection quality problems. Once you get your Lengthmaster I will completely redo your routine but for now I think what I suggested will be a good way to get going

Start a progress thread and write it out. I will visit daily to check in. This is very exciting!
 
Pleased this has been helpful, and do keep us informed on how you progress.

If your fine with it, do keep pictures of it now, and take one say every 3 months, or if you must, once per week.

When you have done lets say 8 months consistent PE, and the gains have arrived, you can look back on all those images to see how well you have indeed done!
