What’s up family! Checking in again.. so I officially hit my first plateau and I’m so glad I ordered my LM and it’s on the way today, bc my hands just don’t seem to apply enough tension while doing manuals.. I also got my first blister(s) from a vacuum ads that I have so of course for the first time in my P.E. Career, I’m forced to slow down.. I’m still doing manuals (bundled) for an hour each night, and ace wrapping thru the day, but damn this just isn’t enough for me.. I seriously love the SRT approach.. so I’m going to the silistretcher soon so I can fully implement SRT, and switch my manuals from night time, to the morning, then right into SS until night, then another stretch session.. I am confident my routine will get time from where I am now 6.1-2 nbp to 7 nbp before 2024.. that’s my goal atleast! And I’m looking forward to it!
