I have been using my bib hardcore the past few months and it has been outstanding learning how to use it and produce mind bending fatigue finally.
The last few days and upcoming i am not going to have the hanger available so it was back to manuals. I personally have never been worth two $h1TT$ at manual work with stretching as i never really refined my technique.
today while doing manuals i think i finally stumbled upon my learning curve after a year and a half. A hanger must form shoulders to sit on so why not the same for a manual stretch grip. This hit me halfway through some Pule 110's.
so i moved my grip back like i do with my bib and felt the shoulder form within my grip, and the stretch it produced was much more powerful than my previous attempts. Mind you i lost a bit of FSL because of the amount of internal structure i was finally grabbing onto.
Hope this helps out anyone who might have grip issues, give it a go and let me know how you fair.
