Stickies and Pics -- What's the Policy?

I like wants9's idea best. I think if a particular thread is very influential to lots of people (for instance the ROP thread and various widely used exercise threads like Slammers, constrictors, Blasters, and girth busters) it should be easily reached even if there is no response on the thread for a few weeks. I think a "The Best of MOS" forum would be great, and only Mods could move a thread into that forum. Great idea.

Boy I'm glad I posted this thread -- brings out great minds to work on issues!
