It’s a super easy exercise👌🏽but very powerful

1. Just clamp the base of your penis at a 40% - 60% erection.

2. And then push your glans towards yourself, while still clamping the base.




You can switch between:


•Doing the jelq motion and meet both hands, focusing in blood flowing expansion of veins.


•Or you can clamp really really hard at the base not allowing the blood to escape to the base, focusing in stationary vein expansion.



Heres the video:

•On the video im doing it around a 35% erection,
you can do it anywhere you are comfortable.

I find it comfortable at a lower erection percentage (30%-60%)

Although I also do it at a higher percentages (80%-100%)

Yes! I incorporate the same technique. Getting timing of the SSJ down as well as reaching way into the base for intensity. Using kegel and reverse kegel during as well. Thanks for the video demonstration, Boss. Helpful. 💯👊

Mike can someone gain more than an inch in girth whit the SRT. and more than inch in lenght? only have a a broken Lm i use as a power assist n a BM.siliring n a sleeve 👍 could i still gain more than half an inch in girth following the SRT?

Yes. But if your lm is damaged ask for a replacement
Yep a while ago I asked for a replacement but I had to pay it n couldn't afford it, all I needed was the chamber.In the meantime I'm only going to use the "ring" of the LM for the stretchings.n see if I can get to buy the Lm chamber later.🙏 It's going to be harder though.🏆

I'm a little confused..is this a necessity to gain length or can the normal stretches do this too?

And can a silisleeve or ace bandage be classed as ADS? Or would you have to use a specific device? And if so is it discreet enough to wear all day while at work etc (my work is physical, walking alot, pushing pulling, lifting)

You can wear a Silicone sleeve to stay elongated during your working hours. For me, ace bandage and sleeves cannot be classified as ADS. ADS are stretching devices. Ace bandage and sleeves are used to stay elongated.

To do expressive stretches with your hand, grab your penis at the extreme base and pull it to any direction you like. It's a very simple exercise.

I'm absolutely speechless! Inspiring to say the least DLD! What were your starting sizes for FL and EL? I started my PE journey 3 months ago using the ProExtender very irregularly and without any manual stretching, vacuuming etc, and with no improvement in EL. I have read so many of the posts here over the last week and already learned so much that just makes sense! I have started implementing SRT principles with big focus on healing in an elongated state and want to thank you for the vast and insightful knowledge shared here!

BPFSL has improved from 10.5 to 13.5 over the 3 months and specifically seeing improvement the last week with my natural flaccid hang.
 
I have a few questions regarding this routine that I hope someone can answer

Is the expressive streching done before or after doing the bundle stretching part of the routine?

I also wonder about hanging is that something that is done in this routine? And when do I incorporate it? Or is hanging considered as an expressive stretching excercise?

Sorry for my stupid questions, just wanna make sure I get it right ;)

Expressive stretching should always been done bundled. Hanging is a very dedicated exercise as you need to at least do 4 sets of 20 minutes. You can cut that time down to 20 minutes of lengthmaster exercises which will bring faster results than any other length exercise
