It’s a super easy exercise👌🏽but very powerful
1.
Just clamp the base of your penis at a 40% - 60% erection.
2. And then push your glans towards yourself, while still clamping the base.
You can switch between:
•Doing the jelq motion and meet both hands, focusing in blood flowing expansion of veins.
•Or you can clamp really really hard at the base not allowing the blood to escape to the base, focusing in stationary vein expansion.

•On the video im doing it around a 35% erection,
you can do it anywhere you are comfortable.
I find it comfortable at a lower erection percentage (30%-60%)
Although I also do it at a higher percentages (80%-100%)
