I believe it is the SSJ that brings the real gains so I'm focusing on SSJ 10mins three set and 5mins pumping three set. With this my style of spending more time doing 10mins SSJ 3 times, I won't have to pump for more than 5mins each pumping set. Dry pumping makes it so easy for me. I now pump with ease, no need to worry about getting water or moving around with a bucket of water. lol
