I believe it is the SSJ that brings the real gains so I'm focusing on SSJ 10mins three set and 5mins pumping three set. Guess I'll have to get a feel for whether 5 or 10 works better for me as the individual. I spotted that video of the guy doing SSJ at 35% erection; it'll be good to know if I'm losing erection I can still do it, cuz I don't tend to stay erect while training.

If you can last up to 30 seconds doing SSJ, I believe it is still effective. Just use up to 70% to 80% of erection when doing it.

Reading over the first post again, where does the Lengthmaster get used? Is it after bundled stretches? How long should one do it for? And what can I do in place of it before obtaining a lengthmaster? Just, like, pull outwards at full intensity?
Also I keep slipping out of the SiliStretcher. Perhaps it would be better to just use a cockring with a grip and have that on the elastic.
 
Without a lenghtmaster basic stretching from newbie routine is best. You wanna hit every angle covered

It’s a super easy exercise👌🏽but very powerful

1. Just clamp the base of your penis at a 40% - 60% erection.

2. And then push your glans towards yourself, while still clamping the base.




You can switch between:


•Doing the jelq motion and meet both hands, focusing in blood flowing expansion of veins.


•Or you can clamp really really hard at the base not allowing the blood to escape to the base, focusing in stationary vein expansion.

you can do it anywhere you are comfortable.

I find it comfortable at a lower erection percentage (30%-60%)

Although I also do it at a higher percentages (80%-100%)
