I’m comparing it to the fact that I can put it on and right away I can use it the issue I had with SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender was the comfort system you had to find what comfort system worked and even when you found one you had to modify it to fit you the SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender uses the suction system and yes I recommend the only modification use some jojoba oil or something that will get your head into the condom sleeve thing so once you pump you right away get suction now only I didn’t know how much tension I’m getting but I do know my dick is being stretched and I was able to figure it out the first day I got it size genetics too me weeks and even then taking it off and putting it on with my modification was a hassle but I know your condom sleeves work well with size genetics but size doctor is the future in my opinion it’s just easier I will give a more detailed review I’m honestly honored that my opinion may help someone in the future

Ok...how is this supposed to go on? I've spent an hour trying to get this going. the little card this comes with re-directs to this thread. The purchase page re-directs to this thread. Where are the instructions?
 
I mean, seriously, a booklet regarding sizing info, proper use, wearing and fit...anything would be useful. Even a downloadable PDF would suffice.

Very smart thinking, a PDF would be awesome. Have you watched the many videos on the sizedoctor? If not there will be a very good place to start. And any questions you have or you can figure out simply just ask and we will help you find a solution.
 
I'm surprised you haven't figured it out
 
The closest I can gather is it is like the old Grip system, however, the Grip used a dual silicone sock design. One over the glans and down the shaft, and the other around the suction dome overlapping the previous sleeve. I can't figure out how to utilize this with the plasticized cone and silisleev.
