Should I still be doing PE, while on my journey to quitting ����?

I recently quit ���� and my EQ has gone down, even to sex. I can only get to around 40-50%. I know it's normal to experience these things in the beginning as I start rewiring myself.

Is it fine if I do some jelqing and stretching? I'm not sure how long it will take.. it can take a month or more. I don't want to miss out with any potential growth.

Would it be best to just stop everything until I get 100% without ����?
 
As long as you can do sessions without the help of ����, go for it, I would say. And also resisting the urge to satisfy yourself with the aide of ���� after a session, of course.
Those two pop to my mind.

Considering sex, be open with your partner. It can help the rewiring process as you talk with your partner.
Talk and give things time, you might notice the EQ rising a whole lot faster.

I commend you on taking up this journey it is a difficult one but with time and patience and creativity you can accomplish everything you desire. The first thing is I would never say “I quit” because this becomes a rule and we do not do well with rules. I would take it day by day putting all your focus into the moment and what you’re doing. I’ve been trying the same thing and I can get myself to 30 days sometimes, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter but I’m always putting in effort into turning away from it. So we’re not seeking perfection because if you do you’re going to fail. Seek progression not perfection. A small dose of Viagra can help you get an erection without using ����.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. It's mostly chemicals in my head being wacky. I should still be able to do some form of PE. Jelqing could help EQ overtime.

Lately, I been trying to open up more with my partner. We actually had sex last night when this occurred. I thought I was fine because I was still getting aroused when we kissed. When she went for the blowjob, I noticed I wasn't 100%. That's when I told her about me giving up on ����. She still wanted to have sex. I could've been putting myself down more but she was still enthusiastic about it. So I went with the flow.

Yes, good advice. I read some of the Power of Now by Ekhart Tolle, which speaks on this. The past and future don't exist, they cause sufferings, if you dwell on it. It's hard getting into the present moment, sometimes thoughts just interfere. Thus trying to get into meditation and being more present. I have to be more conscious when I start attempting to watch ���� and do something else. Taking a deep breath and moving on.

Yesterday, when trying to perform for my partner with 100%, it felt like a walk up call. To take this serious. I been reading up on semen retention, figure I give it a go before I knock it. Some people don't believe in PE so it'll be odd to judge them for it without trying for ourselves. Experience vs what someone tells you to believe in.


I'll take it day by day. So far it's going good. I'm glad my partner and I are being more open. It made me realize so much.
 
All your sexual power and stamina WILL return man. Dont worry. Give your brain and body time to adjust itself. Its perfectly normal. You need to get desensitized. Just be strong and dont fall back. Enjoy life, distract yourself. If you ever feel horny enough and think about getting back to watch ����, just use your imagination in that moment to get hard and do PE. That will be the process of the recovery. Eventually your mind will get used to use imagination every time.
 
I woukd say focus on length at least until your EQ returns to 90%+. Girth work at poor EQ is unlikely to yield results, and likely to be frustrating, in my experience.

And as far as quitting ����, great move, and be patient with yourself!

I was thinking about doing 20-30% jelqs as they say lower is good for length. That should be fine right? My reason is because maybe it could help EQ.
And that 50-70%+ is better for girth.

For me personally, anything less than stellar eq is not going to do me any good for girth work. But if you're just jelqing as a part of a length routine, that's perfect. Jelqing is great for restoring blood flow between and after stretching sets.

Indeed we have a sad reality with ���� in society these days. And adults/parents are disconnected from this because we grew up in a different world and are not aware of the dimensions of this catastrophe.

I can perfectly picture this issue myself, just recalling how it was in my days, and recreating myself in this world.

When I was a kid the only ���� I had access to was magazines that my dad had hidden in his closet. VERY SPORADICALLY a friend would get a VHS tape and we would watch that movie. Of course I would jerk off by thinking about it for a whole day.

MY BIGGEST DREAM in those days, and I am talking when I was around 15, was to have a full day alone at home for myself with a VHS so I could literally pass out dehydrated from cumming so much. But it never happened. So I grew up hungry for women.

Fast forward to today, I think my libido and sex drive would be way better if ���� didn't exist a few clicks away.

With that being said, I can picture myself having access to this modern ���� back then when I was 15. Thats what you do when you're getting older. But when youre 17-20 you just want pussy.

But if you grew up with all the ���� in the world in your computer, you lose that drive. It becomes more convenient instead of getting ready, organizing, spending money to go out, better stay home eating pizza and watching ����.

I'm now 2 months free, no masturbation at all. Have you been able to celebrate a 2 months mile stone of no masturbation?
