Yeah gotta watch that weight and your testosterone levels. What actually happens when we as men get overweight(been there myself) the fat we put on us makes the testosterone aromatize(convert) into estrogens, as fat and estrogen goes hand in hand.

Glad you got it improved since healthy testosterone levels are so important for not only EQ but also for general well being, fat burning and muscle building.
 
BSA (Big Schwanz Acht) here...I had to create a new account due to some oddity that didn't allow me to log-in.

Anyway, similar to Bull, I used my Bathmate (I actually have 3 models) all modded w/the VacuVin exclusively until I purchased the MityVac with the goal of sizing the cylinder to restrict girth and apply as much force along the length axis...been using almost every day for 3+ years. My personal best is 21.5 cm and hoping to max it out in the not too distant future (although I've definitely hit a plateau over the last couple of months.

My $0.02 worth? Both the BM and the MityVac have their strengths/weaknesses (although the MityVac wins hands-down for convenience/comfort). I too struggled w/ball-suckage and my solution was to not fight it and I dscovered 'whole-package' pumping. It takes a bit of dexterity to allow them the enter the cylinder w/out sending you to-the-moon with pain, and w/the VacuVin hand-pump, modulating pressure is infinite.

75% of my pumping is in the MityVac due to it's superior convenience and ease of clean-up (I use virgin coconut oil for lube).
 
I actually haven’t used a pump in a long time since I am currently focused on length more than girth but I bought this awesome automatic pump so I’ll try and take a pic this week cause it’s hard just seeing my pump sitting there unused….
 
So i tried my 2.25 diameter 10” long pump tonight and I think it’s time to move up to my 2.5” diameter tube because I lubed up and still think I’m hitting the walls stopping me from reaching max length cause I measured and I hit 7.5-7.75” and that my normal erection length length. I think hitting the walls is stopping me. I bought this one cause at first the 2.5” was too big but I have gained girth even without trainjng for it so i will re try tomorrow with the 2.5” tube. You can even see in the pic below my foreskin isn’t fully retracted and when I’m fi hard it retracts and shows my entire head so I know this isn’t max length but here is a first shot at a pic

have you tried entering the cylinder at 100% EQ?
 
Solid 7.5 in the tub and I am pretty much packing it right, tube is a 2 inch.
