Hey family, just wondering if anyone has added Red light into their routine, past couple of days been using it with my stretches and I’ve found my dick is allot more loose and giving me about an extra half inch or more of stretch. Plus all the other benefits of the red light therapy

Getting the same reviews from many other brothers. I’m so glad you’re benefiting from it and I understand that feeling you have where everything is more malleable and stretchable, it’s a great thing. I’m sure some other brothers will chime in with their experience but I can tell you heat heat was probably one of the best things I used when making most of my gains.

Red therapy is a good option. I noticed that under the red light, the eyes feel good for a long time. At school, I was in a photography circle. We photographed everything with mechanical cameras. We also had a special workshop with a red lamp and other equipment for developing images. It was the best time. I even thought about doing photography in my life, but I changed my mind and chose architecture. But the memories remained.

Is the red light therapy the same thing as the infrared light used for PE? I have come to understand thst the infrared light when used in combination with girth work can bring very quick girth gains.
