I'm a few weeks in with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and I'm finally getting the hang of it. I'm feeling the stretch where I think I should, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything possible to hang on to any gains I might make with it.

I'm using my ADS after stretching, but reading through SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory again, I'm reconsidering getting a pump. In a month or so I think I'm going with the bathmate hydro max 7 wide.

I know pumping is for girth gains, but will it also help with length gains since my ligament is getting stretched with the lengthmaster? If I can only commit to 15-20 min instead of a full 30 for the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) is that better than nothing, or is it only advised to do the full 30? Kind of like scaling the volume of the workout, I know full sets is best but there might be some gains to be had with say 3x3x3? Or would 5x5x2 be better?

Also, what exactly is erect stretching? I see it a few times in the SRT write up but I still don't know what it is or how to do it.

Just making sure I'm using every tool available.

Thanks dudes.

It's perfectly fine for this approach. This is a balancing of 80% length and 20% girth approach.

5x5x2 is better. For a beginner, you need both internal and external pressure influences.

Erect stretching is for more of the intermediate and advanced PE routines. It's when your penis is at full erection and you pull between the base of the penis to the base of the glans. The trick this stretch is to use the stiffness of the penis to hold effectively, perform both slow squash jelq to get girth while forcing length, and to also stress the ligaments. This stretch is less focused upon since it's more geared towards manual stretches without tools. We used to do this because we didn't have any specific tools beside our own hands. How, the pumps and LengthMaster are available. We divert all our energy on the tools for maximized results with smarter efforts than killing ourselves on pure manual hand works.

As always @oldandlively you answer quickly and supremely helpfully! I appreciate you dude!

Ok, so I'll keep up with lengthmaser with hanging after stretching 6 days a week and see in two months if that routing is habit. Then add a bathmate.

5x5x2 makes sense as preferred for a condensed session.

I saw in the store the sleeve with the closed end, and in instructional videos for bath mate there's no sleeve worn. Do I NEED a sleeve to use it? Also, I greatly taper at the end, my glans at the widest part is about the same diameter as my shaft about 1" from the tip. I'd love to grow my glans and specifically that last 1-1/2" so I'm more even. Will the bath mate / jelquing if done correctly help with that? Seems like it could.

But I guess those are questions for future me to ask. Current me just needs to stay on course, and stay consistent.

Much appreciation to you.

Those sleeves, or rather caps, are designed to accommodate new pumpers and extender users from blisters. If you take cautionary approaches and not going crazy, then no need for it. If you plan on going crazy, then it's a precaution to use it.

Welcome to my side of penile enhancement. To maximize the glans expansion, you can use the pump and the SSJ at the 1/3 end portion of the penis. This so the initial approach. Try this for 2 months. Once you are ready, we go to the intermediate and advanced levels.

I don't "plan" on going crazy, since all of this is new sensation and we are all individual, I'll just play it safe and go slow. Too slow never put anyone out of commission.

That's exactly what I was assuming. If I start at the "apex" of girth and focus the SSJ from there to the glans, it seems like that will be the brunt of expansion, since that is the section where the work is being done tearing down tissue to build more. Typically I squeeze the glans while j-ing. Should I not and let that fill with blood? I read in another post somewhere how to increase glans size and I think the suggestion was fill with blood, hold, release and squeeze, repeat. Did I follow correctly? Seems like that's the recipe + pumping to plump up the end.

Helps to explain it "out loud" with confirmation that I'm grasping these concepts..

I've got a lot of homework, but I'm confident my wife will thank you. 🤙

Yes, and always.

Yes. Normally, I fill my entire penis up with blood using a restrictive band/ring at the base, grab the penis around 2/3 way up from the base, and work on the SSJ with two OK grips at the 2/3 way point.
