The no slip pad on the top piece on my LM has come off. What is the best glue to use to glue it back on so as not to damage the pad or the LM?

haha both pads slipped off the chamber i just attach them back n they dont come off while im exercisng, but yeah a good glue can be helpful.

I always go for the loctite brand it dries like in five seconds, and grips really good.

Great brand, used it to fix my toys.

I just stuck mine back on & used heavy duty staples

Now that's an idea. I guess no problem with the head of the staple poking back thru the pad?
Also what kind of staple did you use as far as guage and leg length?

This is the first I have heard about the pads. I will send this to LIGHTNING and see if we can make a change here. You guys have to let me know these things so we can continue to perfect the LengthMaster.

Then while we're on the subject, has anyone else notice the forward "bite" when the LM is tightened down around the penis? I've noticed with the placement of the bolt holes that they tend to be more towards the front of the LM then center which in my case gives the LM more of a forward bite. This might be by design I just noticed that it did it. I can actually push down on the back (towards the body) and it kinda of "levels" out. Just curious if anybody else noticed ?

Bump. Could you explain this "forward 'bite'" more?

Have you experimented with the wrap to level it?

I'll try. Without a picture I know it's hard to understand. Try this. Hold out your left hand flat palm facing down. Picture the bolt holes would be between your pointer finger and your middle finger. Now mentally as you tighten the bolts slowly twist your hand to the right (or clockwise) so that your thumb goes towards the ground. This is the "foward bite". If the bolts were dead center of your hand as you tightened the bolts your hand would stay flat and go straight to the ground instead of twisting. I would think that way (straight down ) would be better pressure distribution across the penis instead of the "forward bite " but like I said it might be by design.
Now ain't that clear as mud?

Yeah my wrap is pretty level basically. I personally think it's the placement of the bolt holes and again that might be by design to have it have a little forward bite to help from keeping it from slipping off. I don't know. I would just think it would cause a pressure point by having it do that.
If you or for those that have a LM look and see where the holes are placed on yours.

I wanted to add this in a separate post.

I am in no way knocking the LM. I love my LM. I think it is a great tool and I believe it's what is really going to help me achieve my goals. Aside from the pad coming off (which by the way I did fix with a little super glue and a couple of staples ) the other thing is just stuff I notice. I just wanted to make that clear.

So you never tried to use a little more wrap on the backside to even out the elevation? I know they wrote something about this recently, but I don't quite remember man.

I think it has to do with tightening it then stretching it out a little, so you can tighten it fully this time. Do you tighten all the way down at one time, or do you do it gradually so the tunica has time to flatten properly?

Actually it would need more wrap on the front side (towards the glans) to level it out which I do have a little more towards the glans to help fight my skin roll over problem.

Maybe if you tightened it halfway so that it has time to flatten properly, then tighten it hard once it has more or less flat shape? Maybe alternating screws instead of both simultaneously?

yeah once those details get solved the LM will be one of the most perfect PE masterpieces! evenso is the device to look up to:cool:

Yup. Same here. I leave the power assist attached so as to spread the load more evenly. If I use just the hanger, it tightens to much on the front like you said. More wrap will help until you get into heavier weights, then you have to start all over. Do you leave the handle attached? It does take time to become accustomed to due to tightness but as you increase weight, the problem increases. I'll flip the assist around sometimes to see how it feels also. Just to clarify, attach all pieces together and see how it works for you. It helped me. It's just the design of the length matter. Still love it though.

Hey thinks I'll try it with the power assist part on my next session. When you say heavier weight how much weight are you talking about? I moved up to 17.5 lbs yesterday. So far my wrap has been holding up pretty good but I've been wondering about it once I hit the 20 lbs + mark.

We have solved the problem, new cement being used. For those who have had issues use Gorilla Glue, it will last forever.
