So this is my 2nd hyrdromax extreme x40 and over time the valve at the top has gotten small crack from the top from just daily use causing air to leak through the upper part of the valve where you can remove the detachable black valve thing to clean.. but it is the outer part that fits into and I can't figure out if you can take apart the entire top assembly or not. Bathmats is not willing to help under warranty as its been past the point and I feel for spending around $350-400 its kinda ridiculous I have to pay to ship it to the UK but also pay for the repairs/new pump with them. Anyone else have this problem and have an "do it yourself" solution? thanks!thumbnail_image0-1.jpg

Well, that stinks and so does the fart I just did LOL that Chinese food gets you every time LOL. As long as you purchased through our store you can Send an email to sales@ mattersofsize.com with a picture and description of what happened and they will get a new model out to you ASAP.

As long as it's official product (PID code etc.) the official manufacturer should help you. Send pictures and proof of purchase several times. It can be tough to get a response though, that's why purchasing through MoS is adviced. (More direct / higher up contact.)

Crazy Glue / superglue applied carefully could seal that leak. Just the tiniest amount of super glue applied with a needle, you might want to tape / cover the other areas.
Other than that removing the valve assembly completely and replacing it with a Vacu-Vin cork is one thing. It's a tough cookie as replacing the valve assembly wouldn't help in this case.
I would ask for a discount if possible, shipping a product around is just foolish from my point of view. Be polite but adamant with the support team.

Edit: This message was written under the assumption that the pump was bought outside of MoS Shop. ;)

I just now started having a similar problem, but I don't see a crack.

I've had a Hydromax 7 for a couple of weeks (bought thru MOS Shop), and all of a suddy, the valve doesn't hold pressure in the open position--during a pump, it forces water out but sucks air back it. This seems to be coming from the valve not the seal. Fuck, I even shaved to make sure it wasn't the seal (cwl)--for nothing. Now I look like a millennial.

This is interesting--If I pump and switch to closed while the gaiter is still depressed, it will hold. I took the valve cap off and put it back, it all looked okay. Any ideas?

I have another problem--I never ever get erect if I go into the Bathmate flaccid. If I go in hard, JI get good expansion. If soft, I get some but not enough. Does this mean I'm not getting enough pressure inside the tube? All the vids show people getting erect after going in soft. Is this unusual? Please respond.

If you bought your Bathmate here it has a warranty so if you have issues use your warranty.

I will if I have to. Thought maybe someone had an easy fix. Sometimes it holds in the open position if there's already a lot of pressure, such as in the last possible pump.

I wish there was an easy fix but I know of none but it really doesn’t matter because you get a brand new model.
