Hi guys,

I have a question for you. I'm using the SRT method in my entire training routine and it is working well for me, I just have an issue with post girth maintenance right now.
I know that you should put a cockring on for 2-3 hours after the workout so that the penis can heal in an expanded state.
I have read somewhere in the forum that the cockring should be so tight that you have nice full and smooth glans, thats all fine and good.
I can archive that maximum expansion state with the cockring I have only if I stimulate myself a little by watching ���� or strocking myself or something else.
It really does get fucking annoying if you have to watch even more ���� after the MityVac session so that you can have the maximum exspanded state while wearing the cockring.
Because of that issue I'm only using the ring for one hour, anything longer and I would go crazy...

Do you guys have to do it like that as well or is my ring maybe not tight enough?
Going for two or even three hours like that for me would be impossilbe.

Be careful with how tight and for how long, you can get the band and bead ones to change the intensity

I will try a smaller one. Yeah, even now I only wear it for 20 minutes, after that I take it off and let the blood flow again and then put it back on again.

That sounds very good. A suggestion before putting the ring back on is to get in a couple minutes of SSJ to bring back the expansion for the next rep wearing the ring. This is the fastest way to cement girth.
 
The smaller ring is a little bit better, still far from perfect in my opinion.

@DLD I would love to try the SSJ before starting the next 20 minutes but it's not possible for me. My girth workout consists of six 5 minute MityVac sessions, I tried the famous 5x5x3 with the pump and the SSJ and it was a disaster.
I had so much fluid unter my skin after trying the 5x5x3, it looked ridiculous. The workout with the MityVac as the only tool, warm water inside the cylinder and six sessions in total keeps the level of fluid under my skin pretty low.
My penis is so tired after the workout, even without the fluid problem good quality jelqs would be tough.


I know I basically asked the question already but I want to get the maximum out of my training, so I have to ask again. SORRY!

I used to worry about this a lot as well. I used a shoelace for a while and I would constantly be checking it and retying it to make sure I was fully expanded the whole time I was wearing it. This was too much work so now I just put on a hair tie and leave it alone. It stays pretty well expanded (nowhere near maximum) but any expansion is good. I take it off every so often and just move a little more blood in there and then put it on. I guess what I'm saying is that there's no need to stress out about all that. I don't think you need to have maximum expansion or go for the full recommended 3 hours to get benefit from the ring. An hour is a good amount of time.

it’s a very gradual process but of course it works or else nobody would be doing it. The reason we put a cock ring on afterwards is to help the penis heal in a expanded state. Just doesn’t happen overnight, your temporary gains will increase as they become permanent and then the process starts all over again.

Of course your ring is not tight enough. I use a tight ring myself and my expansion last for a very very long time.
 
I can't use a very tight ring if I want to wear it for many hours. I have a ring that's tight but not too tight
I try to get hard every hour and do some jelqing and SSJ like DLD mentioned, than put the ring back on. I also kegel during wearing the cock ring.

If the skin hurts it helps to use some coconut oil.

What I do is this, I remove the ring every 30 mins. I put some thick foam between my body and the cockring to make it a bit comfortable so I can go for 30mins to 45mins before having to take it off.
