possible PC muscle injury

one day i was having sex and i think i ejaculated to intensely and my pc muscle feels like its swollen. I mean when i do my PC muscle exercise or ejaculate now, it feels like a throbbing pain at times. Went to the doctor and he doesnt know what it could be. Any ideas?

How long had thid been going on and does the PC muscle twitch at times? Also does it seem to be getting any better?

doesnt seem to really get any better, and its been a month or so now. Its an uncomfortable pressure in the coccyx area. especially when im sitting

lookup some basic yoga stretches for your lower back and do those for a few weeks, possible you aggravated a nerve ending and just need to work it out
