About a week ago I noticed a small bump under the skin of my shaft, about halfway down the length. It's on the underside, a little to the left of the center, not on any noticible vein.

At first I thought it could have been an ingrown hair because it was just a small bump. When I first noticed it, it was not overly painful, but tender to the touch. 2 days later when the pain subsided, I tried to squeeze the area to see if I could force it out, like a pimple. Now it feels like a thin piece of spaghetti underneath the skin, about a quarter of an inch long.... not hard but not like a jelly feeling. It feels like cooked spaghetti. It doesn't hurt, and it's not really noticible visually, but you could definitely feel it.

I stopped doing the girth exercises, trying not to compress or squeeze the area more, but continued on the length stretches (phase 1 style). I've done the heating pad and it hasn't really helped any. I tried to break the skin w/a needle to see if maybe there was blood or puss under the skin. Nothing seeped out.

I'm just curious as to what this is... and I'm nervous as F about it. I don't know if it's just an ingrown hair which maybe is infected from squeezing it, or if theres a blood clot, or if its thrombosis. I can't be like , "Hey mom, is this an ingrown hair?" You know? So if anyone else has ever gotten a swelling under the skin that feels like a tiny piece of spaghetti, not on a vein, please let me know. Because I'm probably gonna give myself a heart attack the more I think about it.

Thanks.

I've gotten ingrown hairs from shaving down there, and it sounds very similar. Give it a few days before gettin worried.

I found one of these last night. It too felt like a piece of spaghetti/rice. I had a good look and thought it was an ingrowing hair. I just dug the tweezers in and ripped the fuckers out. I actually found 2. I could only get them out this morning not last night. It's left abit of a hole in my cock and the lump is still there but this will heal quicker than leaving them in and suffering for longer.

I get ingrowing hairs alot on my jaw line. After getting the hairs out the lump lasts for quite a few days before disappearing. Sometimes I can't find the hair and it takes about a week before I can fish the little bastard out.

I wouldn't worry about it. :)

yeah ingrowning hairs is a bitch original listerine mouthwash is good dab some on opens the pores and allows for drainage.

Thanks for the advice guys. I looked on the web and everything was genital warts and STDs. God bless the internet, right.

A great way to eliminate ingrown hair is to start shaving now, get used to it and the problem will resolve itself. Ever since I started shaving they disappeared.

Cysts are different and may require a doctors help. Picking at cysts or trying to fix them on your own can lead to a very common problem among people who have cysts, scarring. With the scarring comes a multitude of new scar tissue and it will not only look visually worse but it will start to cause pain. Some cysts will go away on their own and require no extra attention.

Cysts are not a result of your penis enlargement, they are more genetic and in some cases require medication and/or surgery.

Ok cool here some more info:)

Bib I really wish I saw this thread earlier. I plucked a bunch of hairs at my base and ended up getting a bunch of what I thought were ingrown hairs...I tried a few different methods of removal with little success. FInally after about 1.5 months of this I went to my doctor....They Are CYSTS! I need to have them removed sugically...I am not obsessing about this at all....

I think this thread needs to be reviewed by anyone who is using lubes or training in a dirty environment (ie. at work with dirty hands, a dirty bathroom environment, etc.) The point you made about starting clean I think is vital in keeping most of these problems at bay....I also stongly suggest hot wraps followed by a bath or a similar complete cleansing of the penis. I think these simple steps will help people eliminate unnessasary down time.

If anyone has had this minor surgery I would love to hear your experience.

u want to add anything more to this:) ingrowing hairs.

Hey guys, for God's sake, don't go digging into your cocks unless you know exactly what you are dealing with! I cringed when I read Manimal write that he dug in there with his tweezers. Oh, and we should all be washing our hands before doing any Penis Enlargement if just out of respect for our most prized appendage. Don't want to be grabbing onto the johnson after tearing down an engine block without washing first. LMAO Be safe! Be sane!

Quick update on my ingrowing problem as mentioned above.

After I dug the hairs out with the tweezers (when I say dug I don't mean like digging for diamonds just enough to get to the hairs) I had a lump for a few days and then it cleared up no problem. Can't even notice anything went on there at all now.

Works for me. LMAO

So true, guys who do not remove all the lubricant, train with dirty hands, or anything like this will cause skin problems.
