Hi so me and my girlfriend has had very little sex this summer ..but now like 2 weeks ago we have started again.. but i noticed something when we started again i could barely hold It after like 1 minute How is that possible? I have never been bad at Holding it most Times when we have sex it would take from 15-50 minutes but now impossible.. like we had sex yesterday and after like 2 min i was about to cum so had to pick it out and try change position and everythinf but i laster for a total of like 5 min.... Can someone pls help What can i do to last for more than 15 minutes pls i beg help me
 
And i also want to add i have no problem with EQ its hard as a rock... and i also tried to masturbate today to pictures.. and it was like instantly i felt It coming and couldnt hold for more than 4 min... this has never happend to me before pls help

There are many things you can do to increase longevity in bed. One of the best is edging using the FleshLight, it allows you to practice and become longer lasting. There are many other trick to. Here is a link from the Members Site to learn more techniques.
 
I cant really afford the fleshlight at the moment so What should i do? I tried last night to masturbate without �naked people movies� .. and i could go for 40 minutes so maybe i should stop with �naked people movies�? Unfortunately there is still very little advancement in this area. Besides doing kegels and towel raises you can try delay sprays like ky duration or trojan extended pleasure condoms.

There is also a pill called priligy (dapoxetine) that is supposed to be fairly effective but it's expensive and hard to get. It's not even legal in the US yet for some reason.

You do not need the FleshLight to edge, you can do this through controlled masturbation. The FleshLight is just a great tool to practice on as it feels just like the real thing.

I keep hearing about the fleshLight every time. I used to fancy the idea of buying one but not anymore. I might never get it who knows.
 
Bad Dragon has some toys similar to a fleshlight, that being said it's honestly easier to edge, given that you edged and didn't have Pre-E with that it's probably just mental, desensitization spray will work for that quite well, also increasing the amount of lubricant works usually.

Other recommendations are to get her off with foreplay so it's not a concern, anxiety plays a huge role with both Pre-E and ED.

I've never given this edging a try but I'm sure I won't be relying on delays sprays forever.

Yes i saw it .. but What Will Edging hels besides Holding it back??she Will still notice me Holding it back i want to be able to last longer

Those exercises work to avoid premature ejaculation. Will she notice? Not at all, you will not be doing these exercises while having sex. These exercises are down as part of your routine.
 
GUYS I THINK I FIGERED IT OUT I RECENTLY LIKS 2 MONTHS AGO STARTARD USING TAMOL OR TRAMADOL I DONT KNOW THE ENGLISH NAME FOR IT BUT MAYBE U UNDERSTAND.. so What it does is like a pain killer but it also affect sex life like i when i take it i cant get horny at all its impossible.. and can only be vard for like 5 min.. so i googled and alot people Said when u are not on tramadol, u get super horny.. and thats What i noticed also.. like when i havent taken it for 2 days or so i get hard as Fuck like 200% boner feels like it exploding and its like impossible to hold it.. do any of you guys know anything about it? Or had any experince with it .. or just know IF all this could be true? I was on Tramadol for a few months but did not have these issues. I suggest switching to another pain killer or maybe just advil. When I switched from Tramadol to Advil I noticed no difference, the Advil was just as strong as the Tramadol. Call your doctor to explore other non-opioid pain medications.

didnt get it from doctors:/ i kinda just used it because it was nice.. took like 800-1200mg a day

Also do u have any really god tips go gain flaccid Size and a little bit more erect size but mostly flaccid.. and is it permanent?
