Experienced Phallosaners how to prevent a all the below mentioned to happen or minimize them?

Fluid Retention
Swelling urethra
Blisters form up
Loss Of Suction
Slippage into condom
Cold glands

What’s the recommended pressure for long hours strapping?

Should the glands protector be all the way in without allowance or should we leave slight allowance?

Is Silisleev5 compatible to use with phallosan Forte?

Thanks for viewing and giving advice

Hey BG,

I wore the PF for over 1,700 without any issues. I think the MoS Silistretcher has advantages over the PF but that wasn’t an option three years ago.

One of the best improvements I saw was when MoS came out with the original SiliCap. Although the Phallosan cap was decent, the Silicap rocks!
To prevent blisters from air bubbles or a loose cap, I always stretched the cap on while erect. i think this prevented any issues during the 1,700 plus hours.

As for the sleeve, most of my hours I wore an AB Silicone sleeve, they are gone now and were always a pain in the ass with delivery... but I liked their sleeve. Today, I would definitely go with the silisleeve.

Loss of vacuum, the only time I ever had an issue with loss of vacuum was getting in and outta the car. I always wore the PF as designed, belt across the front hip. For whatever reason that motion seemed to break the seal more then anything else.

Give the above a try and then let me know if you have any other issues, I really wouldn’t expect any but let me know.

Good luck and I look forward to your updates,
Michael

So to prevent blisters have to make sure there’s no air bubbles in the protector cap?

yes it will help prevent blisters being sure there is no air trapped. Also the newest protector caps have been perforated to eliminate air.

You mean the new phallosan forte cap? Or the silisleev cap?

I'll try my best to answer with my experiences so far, and I'm also going to make the assumption that you are wearing the pf cap that came with the device only, not any extra sleeves on the shaft, correct me if I am wrong there.

Fluid retention - where is the fluid buildup? I would guess it is behind the coronal ridge or near/around the frenulum? This is going to happen in any device that has a vacuum, lowering the pressure inside the bell or easing off on the belt tension should minimise that, as Mike mentioned above, putting the cap on while erect should stop anything bunching up under it when putting it on, So long as your dick doesn't look like it's wearing a flotation ring on it after your session any minor fluid should receed within an hour or so.

Swelling urethra (vertical bit between the eye and the frenulum?) - I've still not figured this one out, the only way I've countered it is to press down on it and deflate The swelling with my finger after I take the device off in between sets of wear time, shit is uncomfortable though!"?

Blisters - the only time I got a blister was wearing the silicap, I had an air pocket in it that I ignored and sure enough, blister ? the silicap2 with the vented tip would 100% eliminate that possibility.

Slippage - you are losing pressure somewhere along the way, it's going to happen to some degree when you are moving around. I am usually just bumming around the house while wearing mine, more often than not sitting in front of the Xbox so I'm pretty still most of the time. Try lowering your belt tension slightly and see if that helps, if it is still slipping then you need to look at getting a stronger seal with the condom against the shaft, hence the main reason why I wear a silisleeve, it provides a smooth surface that is wrinkle free when rolling the condom on, therefor eliminating any extra air trapped and once the seal is achieved, it stays that way til I take it off.

Ideal tension for long sessions? I Stick in the green about 3/4 along, bordering on yellow, why?, because through trial and error this is where I can still feel the stretch happening without my glans being super sensitive at the end of the day after many hours being exposed to the vacuum. We are all different in our tolerance and resilience to external forces being applied to our body, pick a spot, try it out and see what happens, you will know if it's too much or not by the length of time you can wear it comfortably.

When you say allowance I'm not sure whether you mean at the tip or the base of the cap? I'd give a couple mm clearance from the tip to the top of the bell so you don't damage the cap sucking it into the holes in the tip of the bell, if you meant the base, it doesn't matter, as long as all your glans are inside the bell you're good.

Sorry for the lengthy reply, I'm not great at short answers ?

Very detail explaination ❤️ thanks For the effort and now I’ve got a clearer picture.

silicap will cause blisters? How about the cap that comes with the PF?

Does the silisleev5 fits in the bell of the PF?

Is using tape to wrap up the glands a better solution preventing blisters & swelling urethra?

I can't help you with the urethra swelling, the phallosan instructions say it is the cause of too much force being exerted from the device, but I only do a single pump to seal, lock it off and I still get it ?‍♂️

The only reason I got a blister is that I had a pocket of air under the cap, used way too much pressure in the bell and ignored the uncomfortable feeling it was producing. I should mention I also had a sleeve on that overlapped the base of the cap so yerrrr.......?

I actually would like to grab a silicap2 to try it out next lot of gear I get, I reckon they got it right with that one but I will have to wait til I use one.

No, it isn’t.
The caps are better and easier you just have to get your method of putting them on.
I know some guys got really good with the taping but then had to start over with every piss break... it is a pain and I would fear that in areas of overlap/build up it would create an uneven rub area, maybe not.

Noted with thanks! Need to figure it out few more times to get used to it

that’s it! Got to work it to customize it for yourself.

Hey Brothers,
I'm on day 13 with the Phallosan Forte. I ordered the Phallosan before I realized MOS had a most likely superior product, the Silistretcher, but it was too late to cancel the order...so here we are. Its taken a bit of getting used to and have found that the condom sleeves included with the Phallosan kit can get pretty uncomfortable after 2-3 hours of wear. The skin on the shaft of my penis is fairly loose and it felt like the Phallosan condoms were stretching the skin to the point of significant irritation and burning. I ordered a SiliPro sleeve from MOS and started using it on the Phallosan bell instead of the included condoms and the difference in comfort is remarkable. It is much easier to take off/put on when I need to use the restroom and when I'm done stretching for the day, I can simply remove the bell and leave the sleeve in place to prevent turtling. I'm sure others have discovered this and posted about it elsewhere on the forums, but I'm pretty stoked about it! I'll post an update if anything changes.

I’m sorry you weren’t able to cancel but you still have a wonderful tool. And using our sleeves as smart as they are more comfortable and more durable. How many hours a day are you getting in? Are you doing anything else?
