If ive paid for a service, i expect that service, ie to log into the paysite that ive paid for!
I'm not having a go, but customer service is paramount here. Who are you to tell me that i should seek information on why i cant get access to the paysite on a free forums? I shouldnt even have to post on these forums as to why i cant log onto a paid for website, that ive already sought resolution for a problem that has reared its head again.
If there is problems with the paysite, then i expect a resolution to the problem asap.
If there is a problem that cant be fixed straight away then i do expect a personal email telling me why i cant retrieve the service that ive paid for.
