Need help with routine

I’ve been using the lengthmaster for about a month and I’ve noticed that attaching the chamber as close as possible to the base of my dick is what gives me the best stretch in my ligs. Is there any benefit to doing stretches with it attached under my head? From what I can tell, that will stretch the tunica the best as opposed to the ligs.

I start each session with 6 minutes of bundled stretching below the head to really nail the tunica, then I switch to base stretching for the remaining 20 or so minutes to really hammer my ligs. Are there any other stretches I should do for my tunica besides the bundles? I’ve tried the other stretches in the SRT program and nothing really hits the tunica as well as the bundles do. What other stretches primarily target the tunica and should I be doing them? Or is hitting the bundles going to cover my bases for the tunica? As I was saying earlier, I’m not as concerned with hitting the ligs because I’ve found that the base stretching provides an intense lig stretch that is hard to beat.

Bundles are the only stretch that affect the Tunica in the way we desire. It takes bundling and twisting and stretching to make the dense tissue to expand so we can take a larger size.

Using the Lengthmaster I suggest that you do all of the newbie routine stretches as they hit every angle of growth possible. And doing the stretches with the LM is so powerful and so productive.

Now getting to your question about where are you place the chamber. The general rule is the lower you go on your shaft the more you will be stretching internal penis outward. The higher you go on your shaft the more you’ll be stretching ligaments and the actual shaft itself. But since you’re only looking for internal growth the lower position is fine.
 
Thank you for your response. What I was trying to get at was is there a difference between stretching the shaft and stretching the tunica? Or are they essentially the same thing? Also, what stretches from the SRT routine primarily target the tunica? Like I was saying the only stretches where I feel anything in my tunica are the bundles. I just want to ensure that I’m spending most of my time in the stretches that are causing the fatigue needed to grow.

only stretch that affects the Tunica is bundled stretching. You can gain Tunica stretch by stretching upward but you need to have so much strength to impact it that this usually works for nobody. So bundle stretches or the single exercise that stretches the Tunica with efficiency and allows you to take up much more size while training.

When stretching with the LM gripping position has everything to do with what you are stretching. Lower on the shaft you go the more you’re stretching internal penis the higher you go on the shaft the more you’re stretching ligament.
 
My routine consists of about a 10 minute warm up with a rice sock. Then I do a 10 minute set of stretching, half bundled, straight out, straight up and down.

Then I rest for 5 minutes.

Then I hang. 2.5 lbs. For 15 minutes.

5 min rest.

Then 10 mins stretch. Straight up, out and down.

5 min rest.

15 minutes hanging at 2.5 pounds.

Then I warm down.

Then I put on the sg. Usually wear about an hour. I wrap. And usually stay wrapped another 6 hrs. How is this routine. I have problems doing side stretching do to surgical reasons. How can I improve this routine?
 
I would eliminate the hanging unless you have more time to invest. 15 minutes is not gonna do anything you need at least two hours to get decent growth from traditional hanging. Losing this 15 minutes allows you to add 15 minutes to your stretching session. With extra time I would triple up your stretching routine. After this I will use your SG as long as possible at a moderate setting to help cement and make permanent the growth you are making. I also suggest that you include four other exercises as I list below:

Expressive stretching: add into stretching routine

Erect stretching: 10 minutes twice a week

And I've increased my stretch set time to 15 minutes.

I do 4 sets. 15 min bundled. 5 min rest.

15 mins bundled straight out. 5 min rest.

15 mins stretch left, straight out, right. 5 minutes rest

15 mins stretch up, straight out, down.

Each stretch is for 1 min, before I change direction.

15 mins warm down

I then wrap due to time constraints. How is this new routine?

For length it’s very good. I would still include the Expressive stretches I suggested above. Also I would try to get in the testicle health massage and stretch routine.

Two things that will solve this issue within six months about is the testicle health massage and stretch. Doing this exercise allows you to transfer skin from your shaft down to your scrotum. It is very powerful and effective. The second thing you should do is wrap using Ace. Do you want to wrap all of the turkey neck down into your scrotum while keeping your shaft without excess skin. Between these two you should see a great improvement.
